Very bad experience. I came with pain in only one tooth, but ended up with multiple root canal treatments (around 12), 4–5 extracted teeth, and a total cost of about 8200€ instead of the originally discussed 3600€ for 28 zirconia crowns.

My front teeth are asymmetric, and after only 2.5 months part of a zirconia tooth broke off. I was told there is a 5-year warranty, but when I sent a photo, I was told to come back in person. Traveling again would cost me around 500€, and a refund was refused.

I also received no proper documentation (for implants, zircon crowns, or treatment). Later I found out the implants were Turkish (~200–250€), but I was charged 500€ per implant.

Communication was very poor, appointments were delayed for hours, I even missed my flight because of the clinic, and when I said I would leave a review, I was told they could take legal action.

Contacted the team via WhatsApp less than a week before starting treatment, they immediately sorted everything out, picked me up and dropped me off back home for all of the appointments.

Dentist and the nurse were absolutely fantastic, I have super sensitive gums and the whole process of dental visits can be challenging, however she even held my hand during the treatment, absolutely 5* worth experience. Dentist assured me every step of the way too, and kept me comfortable.

All the way through out the process I was informed on what’s happening , why it is happening and how to deal with it and what to expect so there is no surprises, everything looks great so far, and I was assured I could comeback whenever I’m around for check ups , so just shows that they are confident in the service that they provide.

My husband, Nathan Cole, traveled from Romania to Turkey to get a dental procedure done specifically the "Hollywood Smile." We chose this clinic based on their Instagram profile, where a person presents himself as a doctor. However, upon arrival, we were surprised to find that someone else not the person shown online performed the actual procedure.
When we asked for clarification, we were simply told that the person was "too busy," with no further explanation. This lack of transparency immediately raised red flags for us. Unfortunately, since we had already traveled a long distance and paid a portion of the total cost, we felt we had no choice but to proceed. We are now sharing our experience to warn others to be more cautious when choosing clinics abroad especially when relying on social media appearances.

I have been unsure whether to do a review as don’t want to ruin someone's reputation but I have to be honest. I have had to return 2 times now due to issues with teeth. The first return was the implant fitting which was normal but I had 3 broken teeth - crowns and the 2nd time I returned I had two crowns which had come out and one broken tooth. They don’t tell you that you can’t eat chewing gum anymore or basically anything where you have to chew for a while as it loosens the stuff which is keeping your teeth in place. Last week one of my crowns fell out again but I will not be returning and before you ask I am careful with my teeth but the purpose of teeth is so we can chew food and eat right?

To make matters worse when you go there they constantly change appointments. Make you chase them numerous times and then after them ignoring you all day they say they will get you in an hour to start treatment which prevents you making any plans. You’re sat in their office waiting hours sometimes as they are rushing in other patients. It’s a joke.

I went there this year and was told my teeth would be completed before had nose job then had to return to get more work done before went home and nearly missed my flight home which they were aware of. It’s completely disorganised, not worth the money and the quality of the teeth albeit appearance wise look nice is dreadful quality. I’ve decided if need any further work done I will NOT be going anywhere near this company. Awful experience!!!
