These are the worst dentist in turkey they do nothing but lie to you the teeth they fitted are far to small for my face you can not see them when I smile or when I’m talking the front tooth has broken and they will not do anything about it and they don’t yours screws they cement them in so no other dentist will help you after

I had a full set of zirconium crowns fitted in Feb 24. The staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND, ATTENTIVE and CURTEOUS throughout the booking process through to my eventual visit/procedure and treated me well BUT I think there's a lot to be said for their customer care post procedure. I may well be an exception but it is very poor and that is being kind. Register an interest in having some dental work and they message constantly 24hrs a day. Mention an issue with the dental work they have carried out the and they get message amnesia! I reported a problem in March 25, even sent photos of the effected area as requested. My messages were read but then complete silence since March 25. It's a shame as they did appear to be a professional dentist set up but this experience has been an expensive lesson in DO YOUR RESEARCH before you commit to something as life changing as what I had! You might get what you pay for and then get left with more than a mouthful of badly fitting teeth and forgotten about as soon as you have left the building!!!!

Firstly what an amazing aging job on everybody else's teeth which I have seen for my self WOW
secondly, I have just completed my 1st week after receiving a full mouth extract bone graft and implants, and it has been an amazing experience, getting to meet the team and to experience 1st hand the magic which these guys create, I still have a long journey to go, but I am soooo pleased I chose clinicdentuniversal to take me there, I can't wait to come back, see you all and get my forever smile, thank you so much for keeping me so at ease

What an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, I was met with exceptional service. The free hotel stay was comfortable, and the VIP transfers made everything stress-free. Thank you to Nur and the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!

I have had a lot of problems with my teeth. At first, I was unsure about everything however after speaking to a lot of clinics I felt this place was right for me, as they said if you teeth are healthy why would we wanna take them out if they are going to last a 20 30 years. This give me the confidence that I was talking to the right people and not a clinic that was just after money.
My first trip I had my bad teeth out implants in all done in a week, along with the removal of my periodontal disease, not going to lie I was a bit uncomfortable but pain killer's did the job. Left with temporary teeth.
2nd trip no pain just design and fitting of my new teeth, I was over the moon however when I returned to the UK I had a little issue with 1 of the teeth. Got in touch with Mehmet said come back when your free we will sort it out. Went back done in 1 day with no extra cost. Really happy 😊 can not fault the guys and the girls at the clinic thay all looked after me absolutely fantastic 👏
I will be going back in a few years for a check up. By the way my dentist in the UK who is private said the have done a good job!

I had a lovely stay in Izmar and hotel was realy nice , picked up from airport by dent universal right on time on both visits. Everyone who worked on my new teeth were very professional and very gentle . My experience over 2 no visits from February to June , As follows
Upon being collected from the airport I was immediately put as ease by my driver and assistance. He is especially a great person and always collected me on time and made me feel welcome. The entire staff at the clinic on every occasion. Were what I class as great ! There was nothing that I felt uneasy about . Each step was explained fully with options. My last visit was a few days ago . I left feeling emotionally overwhelmed and happy and confidence is back to 100%

I am very happy when I chose this clinic. The staff is simply excellent, everyone is very nice and friendly. The work that this clinic does is brilliant. I am very satisfied with my new smile. I recommend this clinic to my friends as well.

A big thankyou to Mert and Dr (pain) Ogulcan for restoring my mouth back to full health with assistance of Dr Baris and Dr Asta The team over the last three months have looked after my every need. For a fraction of the price that would be paid across even turkey and the UK.

I highly recommend them. Mert was at my side through to translate and put me at ease. I never felt any pain other that any other trip to the dentist. I promised to punch Dr Pain if it hurt. It never did and he was never punched. But it made me laugh.

For anyone considering traveling over for treatment. I highly recommend. Izmir and Dent Universal ,direct in the heart of Izmir,a wonderful city.
Enough to see and do. Wonderfully arranged.

Everything was well explained from start to finish absolutely professional from the start to finish of my 1st visit for 6 implants I was told I would have no pain and they weren’t wrong I was in no pain what so ever Murat was absolutely great along taking me from the airport and hotel even went out of his way too show us the area the doctors where great also ensuring everything was great from start to finish . Many thanks to the doctor, who is a wonderful and professional man, I have wonderful teeth thanks to him and the entire staff. thank you and I strongly recommend this clinic .

I booked to get my teeth done after finding them on Instagram and I’m so glad I picked them.I got the 24 zirconium treatment through Clinic Dent Universal, the work they completed is just amazing. I had to have two teeth taken out, two fillings and two root canals as well but they did it all for me. I picked the color myself with the help of the doctor and when they was fitted I fell in love with them straight away I had little pain considering all the work I had done and was made to feel very comfortable throughout everything. I’ve also started recommending them to my friends and as soon as they seen my teeth they was well impressed just like I am.
Thank you for everything you have boosted my confidence and made my year as I got these done for my birthday which is in a weeks time.

They are so professional about dental care. You can feel like you are at home.Everyone need to have white and strong teeth. If you want they can manage everything from beginning to end. Don't waste your money in your country.

My experience in dental Treatment I have a phobia of dentist myself, so for many years I was so afraid to even go for a check up to a dentist . However, it was time for me to get implants at some point, so I picked Clinic Dental Universal to get my implants application , it was a big thing for me cuz I was afraid, but after all they were all patient with me anda made everything so smooth and easy . İt was'nt as bad as I thought so
