This article of clothing exceeds my expectations. It handles well in the cold and kept me dry during a blizzard. I hung it up to dry and it did not take long at all. I love the hood drawstrings and the zippered pockets. I wanted a longer jacket because most wet weather parkas drain onto the top of pants. This causes pants to be soaked and cold.

Speedy delivery service. Fantastic coat- I have bought two in different colours. Beats the Dry Robe band as it is more fitted. Ideal for watching my son play football in.

I had been looking at DR for ages and decided to take the plunge. So glad I did. It had the ultimate test watching son's hockey match. It was cold, raining and windy but I was warm, dry and happy.
It is now my go to coat for all weathers and looks great too!

The 4 jackets that I ordered for an upcoming family trip to Iceland are warm, beautiful, and are extremely well-made. I had to return and exchange one of the jackets for a different size and the customer service department was extremely responsive and helpful. They made the process very quick and easy!

I purchased this coat for taking my dog for a walk on wild days, it’s so cosy and warm, it keeps me completely dry and has loads of pockets for poo bags etc

I give Delta Roam 5 stars. I am heartbroken that this coat was too big for me. I contacted them right away and within a few hours I had a response and a return label to ship it back. The quality is excellent and I would definitely order again from Delta Roam. I haven't been able to find another one out there yet that compares😪

Hi.. Iv had my delta robe for a few weeks now..I’m really satisfied with my robe as it has kept me cozy and dry when out walking my dogs.. Iv have experienced really wet conditions, extremely cold and windy weather in the highlands of Scotland.. Also when contacting the customers support team I found they were very helpful..

18 notifications about my delivery is completely unacceptable. I’ve never ordered anything with 18 notifications!! That soured any sense of looking forward to the jackets.

The company itself is a 1 star for the absurd amount of idiocy in being inundated by emails and advertising and notifications to the point that I will never order directly from them again.

Update to DR response: Typical millennial type response. I’m not “frustrated” or “overwhelmed” this a purchase of an unneeded product. Your Robe is not a necessity, it’s a luxury but you made it something it’s not. Take responsibility for your terrible advertising and marketing department decisions and stop with your ridiculous inaccurate falsehoods. A person buys a product, send them a tracking number and that would solve the issue. Politically correct language will not hide your desperate marketing campaign. Too bad you can’t get it.Your products are great. Grow up!!

I've had this coat for about a month and it is almost perfect. It's warm, weather proof and fashionable. I've gotten a lot of compliments and my husband even bought one for himself! My ONLY complaint is that the zipper is stubborn. I cannot get it to work. My husband says his is fine, but mine won't zip. There is velcro there to keep it closed and hopefully that will work when I'm on the sidelines on a windy day!
