My small roller is a great design
My small roller is a great design, I wish the wheels were the 360 degree kind but otherwise it’s very well designed and sturdy
The beauty case which I had my eye on for a good while went on sale so I bought it. Haven’t used it yet but oddly it seems too flexible. I expected it to be more “hard” sided or to keep “square”. It stays square once zipped but not before
Like I said, have yet to use. Maybe it won’t matter once it’s filled and I will fill it!

had taken my delsey to Jashanmal centre Dalma mall in Abu Dhabi which is authorised service centre for Delsey in UAE, I was told by the staff that they have instruction from their manager not to accept any delsey without receipt even if one is willing to pay in full for repair. Do I fly across the continent to just repair my delsey Luggage. Is this the service provided by Delsey and their authorised service centres

The bag experienced a break on the zip lining due to poor stitching after a couple of trips, and the company excused themselves from honouring the 3-year guarantee as I did not have a receipt, despite the bag not being 3 years old from date of manufacture.

Excellent customer service
I recently contacted the Delsey Paris customer service team to inquire about replacement wheels for a garment suitcase I had purchased a few years ago. Not only did they respond quickly, but when the wheels were no longer in stock, they sent me a brand new suitcase as a replacement! I have never had such excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. It has been my experience that they stand behind their products.

It is a well-sized light bag
It is a well-sized light bag, a cup holder would have been helpful on the side (collapsible). The handles were a little weaker than expected, and seemed a little bendable - just have to be a little careful. That's not very Jeep like - so those are my only qualms. Overall a great bag and convenient! Fit on my airline perfectly!

I have had 3 suitcases that got damaged…
I have had 3 suitcases that got damaged withing 7 months. Two of them are new this year. Two of them literally have chunks of plastic missing. Contacted customer service and one got replaced and within two months cracked yet again. Contacted customer service and they want me to ship them to a repair center to see if they can be fixed. I responded and asked what I am supposed to do for luggage as I travel every week for work and no response. The product is not durable and they know that. Honor your warranty and replace your products. Too expensive to be so cheap.
Now you’re telling me to contact your customer support team. I’ve said three emails and no one has responded in a week.
