Hi,
I made one trip to Hong Kong and found that the zipper was out of alignment and unable to correct and the hard case had a 3" crack. I then purchased a new case at the airport and disposed of the damaged case. Photographed the 3" crack and Delsey Paris told me "not sufficient damage." They expect you to fly the broken case home and then ship it to them of which they wouldn't accept given they deemed it not sufficient to have a 3" crack in a hard case. Don't buy the suitcases they are junk.
The quality of the luggage was okay but the customer service was poor at best. You cannot call, no phone number available. Returns are a hassle and the customer is solely responsible for shipping cost. Samsonite and other big brands offer free returns with shipping. They are difficult to do business with. Unless you’ve seen the item in real life first, I wouldn’t purchase from them again.
One of the worst websites I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered an item in October 23 both items are on sale so I was excited to get them at that price. On the website it says shipping takes 2 to 3 days but a week later, I haven’t heard or received any confirmation. They don’t have a phone number to talk to a live person. Everything is through email which takes about two days for them to reply. When I inquired about my two items, I was told that the backpack was shipped and they are working hard to have the luggage delivered. About two or three days later I received a package but I wasn’t home. I checked the order number on their website and it says the luggage was canceled. When I got home, the luggage was there! but no backpack, so I contacted them through email two days later I received an email and a refund for the backpack because they were sold out . You would think a company like this would have a better customer service and better service overall. Although they gave me 15% off for my next purchase and they have good sales, I’d rather buy it somewhere else for peace of mind. it would be really helpful if they have a live representative you can talk on the phone instead of asking a question and get an answer in two days and reply to that email and wait again two days. This is just too confusing and a waste of time.

I love my backpack and my suitcase perfect combination
It is so wonderful to order luggage and know for sure you are getting the best. I love Delsey Paris ever since I purchased my first set in a department store. That is the moment this company has became my for love for luggage. I will stay a faithful Delsey Paris for all my traveling luggage needs. Highly recommend any of their products.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a suitcase in August and refused delivery as they charged VAT leaving France as well as customs on entering the UK. The suitcase took a month to return to sender and Delsey has not responded to even one customer service inquiry. American express ended up refunding the £269

Just a word of caution to anyone considering a Delsey piece of luggage. My new luggage broke the first time I used it. I have attempted to have the matter resolved for over 6 months communicating through Paris and Mexico channels. The most attention I have is when I post a review so I am hoping again someone pays some attention. I have filled out web forms, emailed, tried to phone, had some contact electronically - that person is Paris now doesn't seem to be responding to my emails. So 6 months on, I still have a broken piece of luggage and absolutely no indication of a resolution. Not sure why Delsey promotes an 'after sales' or guarantee service, it's completely frustrating and completely hopeless.

Product is okay but service and support is diabolical when the inevitable damage happens.
I have a new Delsey trunk with a broken wheel.
I have had a terrible experience trying to get a replacement wheel.
Herdzco supplies appears to be the only option. It cost a fortune to freight the wheel to Europe (where it was damaged) or Australia.
The wrong wheel was supplied. I double checked, I ordered the correct wheel.
I send Herdzco numerous message, via their website, their online review and email with photos.
The only response I have had is apologising for not responding to my message. That is all. No offer to replace the wheel, no argument, nothing.
Herdzco is a disgrace to deal with. If they are Delsey's authorized reseller they need to me reprimanded.
Delsey in my opinion is no better. I submitted an online enquiry last week and have no response to that either.

Delsey has been used by my family for generations. Growing up, my siblings and I always saw our Mum packing away for travels in her fav Delseys. Today, it made sense why she was so loyal to the brand. Her 34 year old daughter traveling around the world in her Delsey discovered a crack which truly saddened her (me lol). She reached out to Delsey in hopes they would offer some sort of repair as the bag had been so sturdy and stylish. Latisha from customer service asked for pictures and when provided, she immediately dispatched a replacement to me. No extra queries, no drama. Just pure gold customer service. WOW! You have gained the loyalty of next generation as well. Also, please give Latisha a promotion and a raise. What a gem to deal with in days when customer service has become greatly sub-par!

Love the look and quality of the luggage. Very elegant and sophisticated design. I bought the brown set after I got my wife the white set. The 26 inch medium trunk is unique. It probably won’t fit underneath the bed of a cruise ship, but otherwise it’s perfect!
What incredible service. When the front compartment zipper pull got pulled off my bag during travel rendering it unusable, your incredible customer service, Latisha, ended up sending me a replacement bag to my door. The answer didn't help, since you telling me to go to write a form is not helping me,i have done (July)that and still nobody cares enough ,to tell me where and how to order the damaged parts, there is no phone number to explain what is wrong, the store in Greece never had that model,i bought them from New York. Didn't you notice how most people complain about your customers sevice,? and why there is no phone number,or reviews for customers in the official website of delsey?

My daughter has purchased the suitcase in June to travel to the US in July. The wheel came off at the first drive to the airport! Arrived in the US, we had to transport the suitcase from airport to Hotel without the wheel and this impacted the stability of the frame. Next day, I've contacted Delsey to verify that we can have an emergency repair - which we did at their official repair partner. BUT the repair only attached a new wheel but did not fix the frame stability problem. Since them, my daughter and I are filling out forms on Delsey website, and have spent hours chatting with their bot, received 2 km of emails from their Customer Service reassuring us that : we have received your inquiry and sent this for review with the relevant team - last message like this August 15th. We have written back to ask what going on. NOTHING. Today is September 22nd. The next trip is in 3 weeks, ma daughter needs a new suitcase that has proper wheels and has a straight and stable frame!
UPDATE: Saga continues - today 25th of September, new (same) message from client service to fill out the form and send around pictures - again. It's the third time, we do this. Current waiting time for a reply: 10-15 days.
This is my last luggage from Delsey - am back with Samsonite.
UPDATE 2: This is a JOKE! After this review got published, Delsey got back to us after a few days and offered replacement of the luggage, which we immediately agreed. The following day, we get a message from UPS that we can expect the shipment on the next day and includes the tracking number. This was on October 7th. Nothing happens on October 9th, nor on the 10th. Tracking gives an error message, so I call up UPS. UPS tells me that they have not received anything from Delsey to be shipped. We've dropped Delsey a message two days ago (14th) to ask what's going on: as usual - they are playing dead. Today is the 16th of October .. nothing. We need the suitcase in two days.
Delsey, do you have a checklist on horrendous customer service that you follow? You're really ticking all the boxes.

The handle on my luggage broke on a recent trip to Europe. Upon return to the States I contacted Delsey Customer Service to get a replacement part. They responded within one day and helped me find the model number of the piece and sent a replacement part. All I can say is that their Customer Service is outstanding. 5 Stars. 10 out of 10. Thanks Delsey!

Beautiful pieces but strings and items coming from brand new items, and their customer service is awful! The next day after I ordered all full price items they ran a 25% off sale and wouldn’t adjust the price but I could return it and repurchase? That’s just dumb and an outdated policy, and a bad way to conduct yourself. I won’t ever buy or recommend anyone buy from them again.
