This was my fourth order this year and good that it was not my first. The customer service is terrible. My order wad the wrong address. It was 2 days for a return email, no one to answer the Delsey customer line, and little help in the email. The luggage arrived on a Wednesday for a Saturday birthday. It was damaged. I immediately sent an email with pictures and a request for assistance. The reply came days later after I had to take the suitcase Somewhat apart and reattach the broken label. I also had to deliver the gift to my daughter five hours away since there was no support for the address mistake that occurred when using Apple Pay. I would not recommend ordering from Delsey.

Extremely poorly customer service. Package was not received, and when I called DELSEY customer support, they said they can’t do much and will look to open a case with UPS, which they did not do, and I had open a claim with UPS. Never buying anything again from DELSEY.
I purchased the Delsey Large suitcase spinner and the weekender. The items shipped and were delivered very promptly. When I opened the box of the suitcase, I immediately thought it was going to be too large to travel with overseas, so I purchased the Medium Trunk spinner to compare. This too, shipped and arrived very quickly, so that is very appreciated. I'm not sure why the Large suitcase is bigger than the maximum volume size of domestic airlines of 62 linear inches, which they state on their websites, that they can charge you overage fees? We decided that the Medium trunk will accommodate the needs of the person I purchased for and went to begin the process of returning the large suitcase, which is where my review results in a low score. I was shocked to learn that Delsey does not provide a return label for customers to return items. I had to pay an additional $166+ just to return the item using the lowest fare available. This is outrageous and downright gross to charge a new purchaser to return your undamaged item on their dime. I will absolutely not purchase another product from your company and will tell others why until this is resolved. I have three people I currently know who are shopping Monos, Away, Solgaard, Travel Pro, and Samsonite. I am not award of their return policies, but I will definitely advise them to research before buying.

bought a brand new suitcase and on the first use the seam where the zipper attaches ripped open. to get it repaired under warranty you have to pay to ship it to another state which is not worth it. they don't offer any refunds unless it was brand new. very disappointed in the poor quality and waste of money.

Two wheels on our 8 year old piece of Delsey luggage were destroyed, probably by the airlines.
Latisha could not have been more helpful. She asked me to send her photos, of the damage, and the receipt. I sent what she requested. I received notification, from her a day later, saying that those parts were no longer available and that Delsey would replace the piece.
Within a week a new piece of luggage was delivered our home by UPS.

Returning a new, unused product (bag) costs you $$$ to ship. Had I bought it in a store instead of on-line at Delsey it would have been free to return. Don’t buy on-line!
Not easy to get through to customer service. When they did receive my request, they replied with a generic answer, which was not helpful. It was clear they didn't take the time to read my request and see what the problem is. I have submitted a second request for help. Hope to hear back soon.

I had a question about the size of the new Chatelet weekender. I thought the dimensions mentioned on your website were wrong. I never got an answer even though I called and were put on hold for 50 minutes and sent an email. I ordered the bag and when I got it the dimensions were not the ones listed on the website.
Ordered my new pieces to my luggage. Had them the very next day! Super fast!
I was able to find the matching carry on to my large Delsey luggage! I have had my check in luggage by Delsey for over 5 years and could not be happier. They estimated 5-7 days shipping and it was delivered 2 days after I ordered it! Ready for my trip!
