Had an issue with my bag. Delsey support was very friendly. And outcome was to replace my bad. I got a replacement bag with one week. Great service. Keep it up.

At the luggage carousel at the beginning of a trip, I discovered a wheel came of my Delsey suitcase. When I returned from my trip I contacted Delsey customer service and they helped me identify the style of suitcase I owned and the type of wheel that needed to be replaced. The wheel would be sent at no cost to me. A few days later they contacted me stating the wheel was on back order and it might take up to 10 weeks for me to receive it part. I had no travel plans and told them that was not a problem. Now with an October trip scheduled, I reached back out to customer services to see if there was an update on the status of the week. They informed me the part was still unavailable and they are going to send me a new suitcase. All of my emails were answered in a timely manner. Each communication was professional with a touch of friendliness. I like my Delsey luggage and am thrilled to receiving a replacement from the company.

My experience with Delsey luggage started with a recommendation from a co-worker. He said "Save yourself some hassle later and just go buy a Delsey" I took his advise not knowing much about the brand. Turned out to be a great bag that I used for a long time. Fast forward to a trip to Miami, my buddy blew a wheel off his luggage so we made fun of him. I told him to go buy a Delsey also. He could not find one. On the return trip Karma hit me for making fun of him and I blew a wheel off of my luggage boarding the Brightline train. I contacted Delsey to order new wheels. Mine were discontinued, so they sent me a replacement bag instead. Service and standing by their products is a thing I thought was slipping away in today's society. I will carry a Delsey bag for life after this experience. If you are in need, you should too.

Very pleased with Delsey luggage. Customer service is more than helpful.

The online buying experience was simple and straightforward. The bag arrived when expected, well packaged. And we love the bag. It holds the clothes on hangers with ample compartments and space for other items.

Delivery surprisingly came sooner than originally said.

We have been traveling with Delsey luggage for years. It is easy, light and overall comfortable for us in our advancing years. A recent travel experience resulted in some severe damage to the wheels of our well loved mid size suitcase. My husband felt he could handle replacing them with new wheels if we could get a set. Our inquiry about securing new wheels was quickly replied to with the unfortunate news there were no wheel replacements for our model. Wonderfully and quite unexpectedly we were notified they would be sending us a replacement for the suitcase. We are thrilled.

I recently lost a wheel on my Delsey Paris
Luggage. We emailed Delsey requesting a replacement wheel. They contacted me quite quickly and unfortunately did not have the part ! So… they sent me a brand new model. Customer Service was prompt and very nice. No hassle for receipts. Just picture of the suitcase and missing wheel. So competent and professional. They were truly a pleasure to deal with and it only took an email

For the first couple of years of light use (Covid years 2020/2021) the suitcase held up just fine.
Then the zip started to wear a little and it’s just got worse and worse. Now after 5 years of not much use (3/4 times per year) the whole zip is broken, rendering the suitcase useless. I’ve had much better, much cheaper suitcases so won’t be buying Delsey again,

I bought luggage and it broke while I was in Paris within the warranty period. I immediately started the claims process. Unfortunately I had to buy another bag because I had three more stops on my trip before flying back to the US. I took pictures and a video and left the bag in Paris. There were a series of back and forth emails, each time asking for different information. I thought everything was going well but I didn't have one of the photo angles they requested so I shared the video. Mind you this was the third request for different information. They ghosted me and shut off all communication and that was 12 days ago. I believe that is how they operate, asking for more information to find an excuse to deny your claim. They didn't even give me the courtesy to answer my two emails asking if I was being denied. I will never buy a bag from them again.

I recently ordered a Delsey luggage set, and while one of the suitcases arrived damaged, I was very impressed with how the situation was handled. I reached out to customer service, and they responded promptly and courteously. Within just a couple of days, they sent a replacement without any complications. The service was fast, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Great experience overall — I’ll definitely shop with Delsey again!

The product arrived on time and was well packaged. Loved the quality and design of the product. This was a Birthday gift, and the Birthday boy loved it, and everyone at the party wanted a set like this after they saw it. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

The airline broke the wheel off of my Delsey bag. I looked online for a replacement and couldn’t find what I needed. I contacted Delsey through their online client support system and within two days I had a new wheel, no charge on its way to my house. The level of professionalism and extra effort is off the charts.

Delsey honored the warranty for an older wheeled duffle that had fallen apart, even though it was pretty old. Even though the model was long discontinued, they let me choose from the current comparable bags, and it is awesome. Once selected arrived in 2 days and I love it! My agent(s) went above and beyond in every step of the process!

Edit: Months after submitting my review, Delsey suggested I reach out to customer service. I did exactly that before submitting my initial review. Their response was essentially “tough luck - can’t help you”. Since then the other Delsey carry-on wheel rubber fell apart.

Initially our matching Delsey carry-ons were great. But as they aged the wheels disintegrated not through use but the rubber simply aged out and crumbled. This might be expected of poor quality luggage but not Delsey. Why spend the money for a premium piece when it’ll age out and fall apart?

I was initially excited about my Delsey purchase, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Delsey luggage. The shell is shockingly brittle and developed cracks before I even had a chance to use it for travel—just from normal handling at home. For a suitcase that costs $160, this level of fragility is completely unacceptable. I expected much higher durability from a reputable brand like Delsey. I urge Delsey to address this quality issue and provide a solution, as this experience has left me questioning the reliability of their products.

Like the size for fitting under airline seats and interior holds a lot of clothes,but zippers are hard to close around corners of the luggage as some luggage material seems to get caught as it is zipped.
