I ordered from them as the promised shipping time was fast but it's two weeks later and I received a message that one of the products i ordered is not even in stock yet. To me the main appeal was the shipping time, it is annoying that I don't get what i payed for.

I’ve placed an order on Febrary 14th, and despite promised 2-6 days delivery, I still haven’t received my order after 22 days, nor any reply from the customer service about what is happening to the order. I’m sorry to say, but I don’t recommend.
Stressful purchasing experience.

Got scammed. They charged me twice and sent me what seems to be a fake parfume. And the wont respond

I received my order from deloox.dk on the 12th of Feb, and when I opened the box, you could tell that something had broken, because it was wet on the inside. I discovered that the bottle with the Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Smoothing Essense had broken in two, and all of the product had spilled all over. Also, The complimentary wash cloth in the Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm was missing. I have bought this product for many years, and it has always been a part of the package, when bying the Elemis Cleansing Balm.

I wrote to customer service on the 12th of Feb, and though they ask to allow an answer time up to 5 days, I have heard nothing from them, and we are now going on 8 days.

I live in Denmark, and I have been customer for Deloox.dk for more than one year. Whenever I want to buy a perfume, I would rather buying from Deloox.dk, since they have "Reasonable price and fast shipping ". Whatsmore, the perfumes are 100% authentic. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommanded.

Ik woon in Denemarken en ben al meer dan een jaar klant bij Deloox.dk. Wanneer ik een parfum wil kopen, koop ik liever bij Deloox.dk, omdat ze "Redelijke prijs en snelle verzending" hebben. Bovendien zijn de parfums 100% authentiek. Ik ben uiterst tevreden met mijn aankoop. Sterk aanbevolen.

I ordered a perfume from Deloox.dk, it arrived when expected but the product was leaking and the atomizer was not working properly. I wrote an email to their customer service (#738109985) and after 8 days i still havent gotten a response. Very disapointed.

UPDATE:
2 days after writing the review i got an email apologising and asking if i still had the issue, i responded and no response.

SECOND UPDATE:
After some more waiting I received a new product and am quite satisfied with the replacement.

Bought 3 products. One was open and doesn’t seem to be the original product… Awful experience

Order arrived fast and good. No problem

I bought some products with this company, it was supposed to arrive a week ago but it has not arrived. I wrote to GSL WITH THE package number and they tell me they have not received it yet. nothing about that package number written in deloox. and they take forever to respond. asked. I. Where is my product or my money? please help

Fast order confirmation and delivery, very clear communication on slight delay. I have received products within 72 hours

I ordered a perfume that was supposed to be delivered to me in 3 days. On the 4th day, I got a message from the courier that my package was lost without any further explanation. Fast forward: around 10 days has passed with no information from the courier or Deloox. I have sent them a few emails but have received no response. I think the site is a scam. Just try this site if you don't want to see your money again.

I gave 1 star for fast delivery.
I ordered Paco Rabanne pure violets perfume. The smell of the perfume does not last even for 30 minutes without any exaggeration!
I have doubts if the product is original or not.
I wrote two email on 14th of July and one more after 5 days to the customer service as there is no phone number to call and they did not respond to my email!

They replied back in July 21st and I replied back with the number mentioned on the perfume bottle
They replied back 5 days later and asking agin about the number without reading my email precisely!

Terrible customer service they have.

And my perfume is fake 99.99%

Deloox paid me back and arranged for the pick up

Hurtig levering kunne følge pakken hele vejen. ☆☆☆☆☆

NOTE: Ville aldrig nogen sinde købe hos dem IGEN. Parfumerne er FAkE. Holder ikke duften var nede i min egen lokale Parfume butik for at dufte. Fik test med hjem af begge dufte. Holder duften meget længere. ☆

NOTE: Would never ever buy from them AGAIN. The perfumes are FAKE..Does not keep the scent for very long, was down in my own local Perfume shop to smell. Received an example
test of both. Keeps the scent much longer. ☆

I expected to receive my order within 3 days within DK, but it has been 12 days and I still haven't received any updates neither confirmation of shipment. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and delay in shipping.

Exceptional service

I could see a product I ordered slowed my order down, so I couldn't reach it in time, I wrote to customer service and they fixed it the same day, and replaced it with another product I asked for.

They send the order Tuesday from the Netherlands, and I received it to Denmark Thursday as they promised, thank you 😁
