Ordered for a birthday , didn’t arrive on the day requested and no update since, really disappointed

Didn’t deliver the flowers. Avoid at all costs

Dont order from this company, they send you emails constant, provide flowers 5 days later, after charging next day, just order local and get same day or next day, no dead flowers amd on time, ive ordered multiable times. All the same, never ever ever again

Easy to order via website, communication was good, quality of the flowers were good, nice & fresh. The only thing I have to raise is, flowers were delivered a day early!! However, better than being late

Easy to order, ordered delivered on-time and recipient was very pleased with the flowers.

Ordered a bouquet to arrive the next day. It did, surprisingly seeing as they used royal mail! Arrived on Wednesday mid afternoon and by today (Sunday) 75% of them were either needing to be binned or not far off. I've had bouquets from other florists that have lasted well over 14 days not 4!!Will not use Delightful Flora again as the flora was anything but!!

The flowers were delivered time and my daughter in law was so pleased with them they were so beautiful I will certainly use you again and such a reasonable price 😊

Great Flowers, fast delivery.

Once I purchased, that is when I saw the reviews. I was nervous as majority of the reviews was negative. Yes they arrived 1 day late even though I ordered at 2.30pm for next day delivery. When they did arrive, they were well packaged and had a moist cloth to keep the flowers in good condition. They look absolutely amazing and very good value for money. The only reason I have given it 4 stars was because they was one day late. This has not deterred me from ordering from this company again.

I expected the flowers to be delivered the next day, on Friday. For some reason they were redirected - it's Saturday and I'm still waiting for them to be delivered, hopefully tomorrow. I think this was a Royal Mail mistake.

Excellent communication and service. Bouquet was glorious and very good value.

Lovely flowers, delivered spot on time

I ordered on Weds night (late) with next day delivery. The next day Royal Mail had them and they were delivered Fri morning. After reading the reviews online I panicked but everything was perfect and the recipient loved them hence why I’m leaving this review.

Having spent a lot of time comparing different websites, I finally went with Delightfulflora and purchased a large bunch of pink crystal bouquet- when the flowers were delivered they were not packaged or displayed as they were in the photo. Flowers yes. Not large! Could have done better picking up a large bunch from Tesco.
I don’t think I’ll be using them again.
