Delicious Desserts 

I rarely review food but this was so poor, I was annoyed enough to do so.
The product appeared tempting and I was looking forward to it.
It was not chocolate coated but a mildly chocolate flavoured glaze, all of which had liquidised and dissolved into a pool in the plastic container. It was so messy to eat! Filling was pleasant, not too sweet, but there was not enough of it and the last quarter of the éclair had no filling at all so it was dry. Disappointed. Improve your product! Do not recommend.

The cake was so bad we couldn’t eat it. $80 down the drain.

I ordered a custom cake for my mother’s birthday and while they did an OK job with the design, the cake itself tasted old and majority of my family thought it had been frozen. After I brought the cake home I opened it to get a better look at the design and That’s when something smelled really horrible. My husband and my sister got close to the cake and Agreed that the cake smelled awful. There was frosting smudged on the box so my sister tasted it and actually gagged. I knew at that point that the cake must be horrible. But even then, we gave them them the benefit of the doubt. Later, my family tried it and not one person had something good to say about it. I can’t even fully describe how disgusting it was. It def was not fresh and it’s very likely they use old ingredients.

I absolutely love éclairs so I thought I would try the sticky toffee ones for the first time. Very disappointed. The filling is great but, the pastry is disgusting, just chewy inedible garbage. Will never buy again.

The ordering was fairly hard. Explained exactly what we wanted numerous times but waitress didn’t get it so just excepted what she said in the end.

The waffle was luke warm. Only four small brownie pieces on. Two scoops of ice cream having paid extra for one either freezer burnt or very old! The cream was only squirty cream and not whipped cream which again was disappointing.

Milkshakes are delicious especially the stawberry millions

Very disappointed. I bought a pack of two chocolate filled mousse eclairs back in August. Only one had any chocolate mousse inside. I sent an email on 29 August with what I thought would make them smile as I wrote a little amusing poem along with the issue. They never even bothered to reply to me.

Never have I ever been spoken to so rudely in my life.
I called to chase my late order and was told "the delivery drivers are finding it hard to find people's addresses because it's foggy"
I asked why they're offering delivery times if they couldn't stick to it, to which the man on the phone was extremely rude and told me it's not their fault and hung up on me.
I rang back to cancel my order and was told by "the manager" that it will take 5 days to get my money back.
I said I'd like to make a complaint and he said that his member of staff was not rude and I was the rude one and he hung up on me too.

I order deliveries quite a lot and tried this place on a whim because of how expensive it is.
I have never in my life experienced such rude staff!
I will never order from here again!
Thanks for showing your true colours on my first order. You've just lost 4 customers!
