Hardly surprising they have a low rating
Back in January, I asked a question regarding my reward card, as it was relevant to my birthday in February (Fiesta Hagley Road). I am still awaiting a response.
Needless to say, I haven't bothered, either.

Save your money and eat elsewhere! Food, atmosphere and customer service was disappointing... so many nice restaurants around.. dont waste your time or money x
I Visited Lasan restaurant 23rd August 2023 lunch time around 1-30 I had a gift card that I had used at EL Barrio Hagley road a week before I was left with £17-65
I presented this to the Lasan waiter who said they did not accept El Barrio gift cards I decided to leave but he said he would check with the manager he took my card and returned and said there was £5-00 remaining on my card I decided to leave because I had the receipt from EL Barrio Hagley Road with the amount stated on it I had £17-65 on the gift card I did not eat at the lasan the experience with the card left me feeling I could not have a transparent and honest service and will never return
Simply Amazing! The 31st August was my second anniversary so I scoured the Midlands for recommendations of where I could take my wife to wow her. Lasan came up several times and I found that it was also the winner of Gordon Ramsey's F-word competition.
We booked for two but forgot to mention that we were bringing our new born with us so we called ahead and the host was so gracious and made arrangements for us to have a seat in the corner with our baby. He knew and addressed us by name as we entered which was weird yet pleasantly welcoming at the same time.
The starters were amazing, the mains were unbelievably good. I've eaten at a LOT of Indian restaurants in my time and trust me when I say, this was the most incredible food I've had at any restaurant I've ever been to. I was full before I had eaten half the main but to my shame I just could not stop. It was sooooo delicious. I almost had to be rolled out of the restaurant because of how full I was.
My wife said it was the most amazing restaurant she had ever been to and she's American where they do restaurant proper. Thanks Lasan for making my anniversary special!
If anyone can find a way of contacting the CEO of Lasan Group Jabbar Khan can you let me know. I wrote a review on Trip Advisor and was asked to email their Operations Manager Stewart Emery with regards to my experience at Fiesta Del Asado in Birmingham. I sent him an email on 18th September as instructed, and he emailed me back on 19th asking me for a contact number so that he could give me a call to discuss my experience. I sent him my contact number on the 20th and got an automated reply stating that 'he is no longer with the business'.
What I don't understand is, why he would email me the day before he left 'The Lasan Group' asking me to give him my contact number when he knew he would no longer be working for you. Is this a ploy to avoid customers or some kind of scam? All I did was leave a review on Trip Advisor and the request to contact Stewart was instigated by the Lasan Group not me. This is really disappointing and very unprofessional. I would like to make a formal complaint about this as it has been a waste of my time, very confusing and shows how little the company values their customers, but I can't find any email address for the company.....how weird and suspicious is that? Why is this company incognito? Surely your customers must matter to you or are you just interested in lining your pockets?
