Good Customer Service
I ordered two coats from the website (which said in stock) in January and was contacted to be advised that they were both not in stock. I contacted the Company and a very kind gentleman apologised and advised that they would ensure that their website is updated more regularly to show what is out of stock. I used a gift voucher which had now expired so he very kindly sent me another gift card. Very professionally handled and a good result.

Great products and they care about their customers
Very happy with the product and the company - I ordered a military style coat from this company, and it was delivered really quickly. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size but I could easily exchange it with all the information being clear - I also got follow-up emails from Jay, so got to deal with a person (which is better than having to deal with a big faceless corporation when you can never speak to anyone!) I love the coat and will definitely be shopping with this company again :)

Horrendous Customer Service
After returning my order with the relevant supplied return paperwork on the 4th January. I am still yet to receive my refund 19 days later even though a Jay Miah confirmed it had been processed.
They don’t answer the phone, and emails are mostly automatic. Be sure you’ll be happy with your order before processing otherwise you’ll be chasing refunds for days.

Very happy with purchase
Ordering was easy, shipment was relatively quick, considering it was coming from England. I ordered on 12/18 and recieved on 1/7. The coat is as described, in color, material, and fit. The only thing is that I have long arms, and the sleeves are a little short - by only about 3/4" though.

Misleading coat size details
This was a red coat, Christmas present for my wife. It arrived on time and was decent quality. When she tried it on (size 10) it fitted on the shoulders and sleeves. However, the waist was more a size 8 and was extremely tight in deed.
It was a great disappointment as I'd paid £99.00 and wanted to support British companies this year. It was her main present and a complete flop. I'd looked around for a business I thought could supply what I was looking for. I checked De Le Creme on Companies House, checked reviews and went through the website. Even after all this and satisfying myself, it failed to live up to expectations. I'll still keep supporting British businesses and I'll be looking for a refund.
