Same great service but the quality has dropped

Had no issues buying from De La Creme again. I was disappointed with the quality of the coat though, it's nothing like the same coat I bought last year. But returns were straightforward and they refunded me quickly so I can't fault the service

Took my mum’s money

Took my mum’s money, cancelled her order with no refund and won’t respond to her at all. Taking advantage of an 84 year old woman. Disgraceful.

Quality fabrics and uniquely stylish…

Quality fabrics and uniquely stylish pieces with a classy look, really impressed with the products themselves. However, the delivery was very slow. My order arrived on day 20, almost 3 weeks after placing it, which was disappointing.
Also, the customer care phone number didn’t work, so I couldn’t get help or updates when I needed them.
Good quality, but delivery and support need improvement.

Expensive

The coat was good but very expensive.the shipping and duties are more than the orignal price of coat.and i bought size number 22 it was not fit to me and i asked them to return and they refused to do that.when i orderd another size 26 it was also not fit it is bigger so i paid almost $1000 and still not satisfied
I will never ever buy anything from them.

Perfect carmel wool coat.

Winter coat
