DO NOT buy from this scam site. Takes your money but does not deliver the goods. The jackets are also sold in Camden Town, do not buy from them either.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality coat, very high percentage wool. Cannot believe how reasonably priced especially with sale offer. Extremely comfortable and soft to touch. True to size. Also very waterproof owing to the high percentage wool content. Highly recommend.

Found this company to be extremely good value for money. It is what it says on the tin. Recommended two sizes smaller in one style and it fitted perfect. Decent quality and had lots of compliments on it.

Very disappointed the Express Shipping £10 paid on 6/1/25 for delivery end of the week did not happen till Monday exactly a week later for standard shipping. This item should be included in your Amazon collection for Prime members like me enabling next day delivery.
Love the royal blue hooded coat albeit the long sleeve comes halfway over the hands. Good quality and tailoring!

We would like to apologise for the delayed service. You did not purchase from Amazon so we don't provide prime services. Nevertheless, we are happy to hear you are satisfied with the coat at the end.
Poor service and product.
Cancelled half the order without asking if I still wanted to proceed - no answers to emails asking for updates.
The coat purchased is poorly finished with loose threads sticking out of seams.
Thoroughly unimpressed.

The order was delivered promptly but unfortunately did not fit.
I applied for a return but had to phone to get it ratified.
Anyway it was duly returned. After checking the courier had delivered the returned Itried to contact the company but they tend not to answer their phones or email.
Finally got a response via WhatsApp. From then everything went very smoothly with the refund in my account in 3 days.
On reflection de la creme fashions are easy to deal with when/if you can get hold of them but they do need to improve their contact procedures
