How is this company still open and allowed to advertise products. Where are the trading standards agencies now then? I've been waiting for the coffee table I ordered for over 4 weeks ago now. I have sent several emails, same response its on its way and all that. Disgraceful company.

People work hard for their money, and this is what these comanies are doing to us 'SCAMMING US, LAUGHING AT US, ENJOYING THEIR LIFE WITH OUR MONEY just because we trusted their website and gave our money away.
After reading the SHOCKING NEGATIVE REVIEWS I am now 100% sure that it was a scam.
Does anyone know how I can get a refund of £150.
SOMEONE PLEASE SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN. URGENTLY.

It has been 5 weeks since I made the purchase.nothing arrived, they keep saying tommrow.
Do not ever buy from this website.
They are thieves.
I am going to speak with my lawyer about that.

Its a scam, i thought i bought 3 items from them , they charge me way more , once i try to confirm a day of delivery, they start playing a game ,buying time . I received three emails stating first that I canceled the order which was of course not true , second one to apologize they made a mistake and that my order would be delivered a few weeks later with a 10% disc…once I canceled and demanded my refund they disappeared, no telephone, they sign their messages with first name ( not last name ) ….most probably the reviews that state they have gotten a delivery are them selfs …..trying to keep your hope up ….these are professionals …..spread the word …..dekordump.nl is a fraude

The worst experience I’ve ever!

I bought a TV unit in Jan, and it said the delivery is around 2-3 weeks of time. Finally it needs 6 weeks to receive my order! With back and forth with few emails for chasing.

I can accept the delays, BUT it is not acceptable without any updates(I even have to asking for a tracking no. by myself!) And every time I sent an email for inquiry, I’ve just got some general reply.

I have requested a refund, but they just ignored it. And then I asked again, but they said my order has been shipped, therefore they couldn’t do the refund but I can reject to receive the parcel⋯

Even my order is finally arrived, there’s no instructions menu and screws or slats inside. Which means I still can’t get my TV unit till now!

Before 20Feb I can still receive their email reply. But then they just disappear or ignore my msg.

I ordered a console table around 4 weeks back but it has not arrived when it mention 2 week delivery time on the website. Customer service is appalling as nobody answers the emails. This is a fraudulent company who is making money by unfulfilled orders. Please don’t be scammed like me

There is nothing more I can say as I am like the other reviewers. Ordered a light £80 on the 28th Jan for a two week delivery and still waiting to date. Have chased and been told it’s on its way - still waiting. Have asked for a refund and heard nothing from them. Terrible service but I did persist and get my money back.
Just don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

I bought a TV furniture on 10/01 and really took too long to receive it. But finally arrived this week and it's a pretty good furniture and very cheap, but good quality, in the end I'm happy with what I received. For sure it's a new company and under staff.

I have no words as to how bad this company is I have been waiting nearly two months for my order !!!

Every time I contact them I get told two days and this has been going on now for about 20 days !!!! and that is after the initial delivery time of 2-3 weeks was extended to 6 weeks !! All they do is lie to me it is just so frustrating and upsetting !

DO NOT BUY FROM THE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered (and pay) a set including table, bookshelves, and chair. They told me the delivery time was 2-3 weeks. Well, 6 weeks later, after several complains, I only got the chair.

I email them to check where was the rest of the set, but no reply. I also used the chat, but after 2 messages used to identify me, they don't reply anymore.

As one would say these days: Dekordump does ghosting.

I am still waiting for my delivery to come... They delayed already to weeks from the 2-3 initial weeks they promised... Really unprofessional. Really disappointed with their service.

I ordered a dinner set on the 29th of December where the website said it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I have not received any confirmation or information that the delivery will be delayed.
3 weeks ago I sent an e-mail. I got a reply that the delivery will be delayed and I will get an e-mail. Still silence. I emailed again 4 days ago and still no reply.
I've never experienced such bad customer service. The client is ignored and lied to. Worst online shopping experience ever.

I have sent 3 emails with order number and no response at all, I contacted you Roland and your colleague "Diana" and the general email info, and no response, it has been now 6 weeks and I didn't receive my order and didn't get my money. I only got the legs 2 days ago, what a joke!!! Where is the rest of the tv cabinet?? Worst experience of my life!! Order number: #1800 please let me know when I am going to receive the order or send me my money back ASAP.

I ordered a tv cabinet 4 weeks ago, where the website said it is going to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Now 4 weeks and I didn't receive anything.
I also find it very frustrating that we can't call by phone, only emails and they take long time to reply, and they reply so in general.
After waiting 3 weeks, I sent email asking about my order, after few days, I got a reply that I will receive an email one day before it is shipped and still nothing, and no explanation provided on why it got delayed or anything, this is disrespecting to your customers time, but never again.

Shelves a bit smaller than they looked online but they’re great and arrived in good time. Great customer service too.
