Scum of the earth they are. I ordered my nest of side tables in March 2023. Its exactly one whole year of chasing, emailing back and forth, promises of 4 new delivery dates which are missed everytime and another date promised.

I should have cancelled at the first missed delivery date but they offered a 10% discount to pacify me while I wait another week. Scam! That's their excuse to tell the banks they refunded you. Do not accept a 10% discount but a full refund. Its been 12 months and I'm still waiting for my 90% refund. Avoid them! They are professional scammers. It's so sad that they aim to destroy families.

Appalling appalling customers service. Nothing but a con!

I ordered a desk six months ago. It has not arrived. Each time I contact customer services they apologise and promise it “will be delivered in the next 2-3 weeks”. They have refused my requests for a refund saying “it will most certainly be delivered”. I have had to buy another desk in the meantime. Terrible terrible site - last time I buy from somewhere without checking reviews first!

I ordered from them back in April, yes!!!! Still not get my money back, please STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

Terrible quality products. Very poor quality and cheap. Asked for a a refund they offered partial refund as it would have cost £30 to return to Holland. Still waiting for the refund some 8 months later. They keep blaming their machine but still waiting for monies to arrive. They always reply to chase up emails with the same excuse. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Have bought a set of nest table and after ages and lots of chasing was finally delivered. Just few months later tables are all rust and lots of black mark. I have contacted them and heard nothing.
Very disappointed. I would not recommend buying from them. Specially as is very expensive and the customer service is none.
Lesson learned

If there was a minus point I would have given it to them! Dekordump is one of the biggest scammers!! Its been 8months since I am chasing for my refund and dropped them hundreds of email but no refund back yet. Never trust this company anyone please. I am going to officially sue them under the consumer right. This company has given me a lot of stress by not returning my money despite of my many emails. My lawyer will deal with them now.

Placed order in April 2023, delivery didn't arrive so requested refund. They make every excuse under the sun, they lie and end up stealing your money. Utter scammers landfill don't have my refund

Made an order for 500+ paunds. Now have been over 6 months. Never received order or refund. On every question got same answer over and over. Never order from them. You will lose your money.

Been waiting nearly 4 months for a refund. They have stolen money from me and by the looks of it 100s of others. Just say the same lie over and over again that the refund system is down - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

I have bought an item over 4 months ago, I haven’t had any updates in regards to delivery or a refund.

After months of being told my table would be here every 2 weeks. I was finally told I could get a refund and now there’s a technical issue with the refund. You can’t make this stuff up honestly. I would rather they just emailed saying you’ve been scammed.

The worst experience of online shopping , they kept me waiting for four months with no response or updates. Atlast i cancelled the order and returned it at the door , now they are not refunding my money. `There is no phone number , no reply on mails and no proper response on chat. I will sue them for not refunding my money despite of repeated requests.

This company is a complete SCUM and THIEVES! Never order from there, please!!
I ordered a desk in March, it took too long to be delivered and about 2 months later I asked for a refund. I'm still waiting for my money! They keep saying that they have processed the refund but due to technical problems it takes too long but this is BS! They keep using the same excuses over and over again.. I'm tired of this, do yourselves a favour and NEVER ORDER from Dekordump!

Please stay away from this company, they do not have any funds to deliver your order or probably even returning your money.
I placed an order and later had to cancel it, it’s been 3 months I have been waiting for my refund. One of the emails they literally mentioned they are struggling with funds and don’t have the money to return me.

I ordered a TV stand and a coffee table in January, they delivered two coffee tables in March and I only received the TV stand now in mid June. They kept fobbing me off by sending emails with new deliveries saying they were delivered which were all a sham because they never left the Netherlands. Long story short, I only received my full order at the end of 6 months from ordering it and it all came in very damaged boxes and with severe damage to the items and fixtures and fixings missing. So not only I have spent £330 in furniture that took months to arrive, I also cannot use any of it as the quality is so poor that it just breaks if you so much sneeze on it during transit. Appalling experience, do not recommend in the slightest!
I'm now left with broken boards that cost me more than I'd actually spent if I bought quality furniture from somewhere else, I'm fuming!! 😡🤬

Everyone has had atrocious complaint as I have experienced the same.
I'm still waiting for my coffee table and they keep on giving me excuses I'm now in the process of reporting them to the standards of trading limited or the Ombudsman and I would like to advise you all to do the same thing.

Horrible DO NOT BUY, I ordered a tv unit in January after having a newborn baby and was told it would be 2/3 weeks most it’s been over 5 months for a notification that it was signed and delivered when it wasn’t contacted them again to be told it was sent back to them ask for a refund and am now currently coming on to week 4 without my refund they just keep giving ridiculous excuses, absolutely disgusting customer service! Do not buy it’s not worth it!!
