1 star only because 0 is not an option. Made a request for “contact within one day” and heard nothing. Called multiple times myself and finally made an appointment for a pickup. No one came. In the evening I called and they said, sorry we will be there tomorrow and your machine will be worked on quickly. No one came or contacted me. I Absolutely do not recommend this joke of a “company”!

We have never received a request from you.
Over the past two months we have been dealing with someone who posts negative reviews through multiple Trustpilot accounts and thinks they can remain anonymous.
These accounts all show the same pattern: they have only posted one review, no reviews with other companies, and were recently created.
