Stay away
Ordered 4 tires. It took 5 weeks from order to delivery. Tires were produced in 2016, and already looked a bit dry. Impossible to trace underway. None of the dates given were correct. A total disaster customer service, imposssible to reach.Took forever in Germany, not traceable. Norwegian subcontractor PostNord made it worse, had no control of the 4 colli, and gave false dates for delivery several times. Had to go to their central two times to get them, and drive 10km to meet a driver that passed my house without delivering on another occasion. Worst online shopping experience in 10 years

There was a little confusion over the delivery of the tires but the guys who eventually put the tires on were polite and helpful.
However, I would like to tell you that the mobile "Wheels on Wheels"(the phone number for your ref. is +4722460000) were less helpful in swapping 2 tires for me the week before. They were negative to what I needed done, and increased the cost of the job on the pretence that they did more than was initially agreed. I would give them 2 stars!

Delivery came on time and as expected
Delivery came on time and as expected. Only frustration was that the transporters tracking system provided little information on the course of the shipment before it suddenly arrived.
No tyres yet
No tyres yet. Ordered nearly a month ago. The tyres have been "in transit" since may 11th. Have sent two e-mails to dekkonline(at)delti.com but they don't answer. This will be my last order from dekkonline.

Shipping takes THREE WEEKS
Shipping takes THREE WEEKS, for one motorcycle mousse. Using PostNord here in Norway, should be avoided at all cost, the delivery is even worse than previous shipment. If I can find a supplier that do not use PostNord, I will gladly choose them.

At the 22. of this month the tyres are in Larvik, total opposite direction of my adress……….. sitting in transit in over 2 weeks, nice dekkonline.com
