Hardware delivered , SIM card sent by post not yet delivered which was activated 10 days ago
When I was in process of ordering the phone , it was available . But post the order was submitted , it showed it will take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Anyways , after a weeks time I got a mail saying that the SIM card is sent via Post since the hardware is not available yet. Later on the same day , the hardware became available and it was delivered by DHL within 2 days - which was very nice! I appreciate that. But my SIM card -- it's still not reached me ! So, I have been paying for the SIM card service since 27th Jan , but it has not reached me yet until today - 5th Feb. You should improve your process of SIM card delivery at the earliest , else don't keep an option to start contract immediately in your ordering process. Also , find better alternatives to ensure SIM card gets delivered timely and not relying on Post without a tracking number.
Further, it’s more than 30 hours I have raised the concern towards customer service team , but no response so far. I still await for my SIM card to be delivered - hope it reaches me soon !
But otherwise , I would recommend Deinhandy - the ordering process was good. Suggestion would be to start the contract after a 7-10 days when ordering a phone which has availability issues.

We regret that the shipping of your SIM card has taken a long time. This is due to a technical change and the SIM card is usually delivered after 2-3 working days. Sending by post is tried and tested, but tracking the shipment cannot offer any security if the processing time is longer.
Feel free to contact our customer service, we will be happy to reimburse you for part of the basic fee for the period in which you were not able to use it.
We agree with you about the activation date in the event of poor availability. Then we recommend our customers to select a later activation date in the ordering process, depending on the provider.
We are very pleased that you are otherwise satisfied with the order and wish you a lot of joy with your new smartphone.
