From delivery to contract everything was easy and fast .very satisfied with their service . Highly recommendable
- Before ordering, I was told that the cellphone is in store and will take 24 hours to ship, once I get the approval from provider. 4 days after the approval, I still don't have any information regarding shipment.
The cellphone has a promotion, which offers limited number of tablet. The stock of the promotional items is depleting day by day and I need the cellphone (IMEI number) to register for the offer.
- Secondly, It is really difficult to reach the customer service. I had to wait 40 minutes & 25 mins to get in touch with them on phone.
+ The plus point is once you connect with the customer service, they reply all your questions in length. They took the time to answer my queries and understood my broken German.
Update:
The cellphone was Shipped on the 6th day. After posting the review here, i was contacted by the service team. By that time the phone was already delivered.
Overall: Keep in mind that the delivery will take some days after order.

I initially placed an order for an iPhone and choose my work address as a delivery address.
However, I was then made aware that the delivery required an ID identification. Since my company receives all the parcels in a mailroom, that would not be possible.
I contacted Deinhandy before shipping, and the support agent via chat suggested changing the shipping address to my home address because even if not home, the parcel your go to the nearest Deutsche Post station and they would perform the ID verification there.
I agreed, however, I was later informed that since the parcel was already in the process of shipment, they would trace the parcel and return it before delivery and that they would resend it to my home address when returned. I agreed with that.
I asked about the invoice that had already been issued with the device IMEI, and I was told there was no need to issue a new invoice as the device to be shipped would be the same device and therefore the IMEI would remain the same. SUPER!!!! (I thought)
However, this was not the case. The device was not shipped and when contacting Deinhandy again, I am told that returned devices are passed on to other customers on the waiting list and that I would get a new iPhone when available, which by now will be at least in 4-5 weeks. So basically they sent me to the bottom of the waiting list.
Since the invoice was already issued for the first shipment, I will have in 2 days the money taken from my bank account, for a phone which I still did not get, and will not get it soon. I´ll get it in 4-5 weeks if I am lucky.
Even though the device was returned do DeinHandy yesterday (according to the DHL website), they still cannot resend me the same device and still put me at the end of the list.
I understand that I accepted the change of address, however, passing the phone which you already invoiced me for to another customer and then put me at the end of the waiting list is not the right thing to do. Especially when you will take the money from me and according to your customer service, the invoice payment cannot be postponed.
I already made a contract before with Deinhandy, however, after this experience, I may not do it again.
Update: a new iPhone was shipped, but this time they messed up with the address and sent it to my work address with information from my home address and with no mention of the company name.
I was confirmed more than once that they would send it to my home address and not my work address.
Since the apartment number does not exist in the address, DHL certainly will return the parcel since they will not be able to link it to the company to where the shipment is being sent to.
Instead of resolving the initial issue, things just got worst.
