Robin was the only person who went over my blood labs with me! She had good suggestion to help me either medication and dosage. She reminded me about how important fiber and probiotics.
I would want to talk with her again! She left me thinking she cared and she looked at my labs before we chatted! I haven’t felt that way in the past! She is a keeper! Thank you Robin!

Nurse practitioner listened to me, was thorough when reviewing my bloodwork. She took time to discuss and explain and I never felt she was rushing to get out of our meeting. I was the priority, my health was the priority.

Had such a great consultation experience with Michelle! Extensibly knowledgable in the field, felt heard with my concerns and was able to analyze my results one by one and give awesome advice when it comes to healing. BHRT is a like a puzzle that most of us struggle to understand . Dr. Calkins explains these things in a way anyone can understand . He also listens to your concerns, answers your questions and I never feel rushed . The only time problem is that I did not find him sooner .

The medical staff has been great, the back office, the processing the product delivery has been very very disappointing.
They have also started changing to write a script, charging to call a script in, not willing to accommodate when life events happen.
As much as I love dealing with the medical staff the back office BS is going to drive me to another clinic.

I had been a patient with Defy Medical for several years and had no major issues until recently when I needed to reorder my medications. I called the clinic and was told their policy had changed, and that I now had to see a provider before they could approve my refill.
I agreed, but then I was told I also had to purchase lab work directly through them. I explained that I have always done my labs through my insurance, and Dr. Saya had accepted them in the past without any problems. I had already submitted two recent lab results one from January and another from April.
They told me the April labs were missing some items, even though the tests I completed were directly related to the medications I was prescribed, and this had never been an issue before. Unfortunately, they refused to work with what I provided.
At that point, I decided to leave the clinic completely because the situation felt more focused on generating additional revenue than on patient convenience or continuity of care.
I am genuinely disappointed after being a long-term patient, and I hope someone in management sees this and understands that I probably will not be the only patient choosing to leave because of these changes. It is truly unfortunate.
