Not reliable online seller. When ordering do not relay on any time frames which are provided by the Decathlon.lv, ether go and buy on the place, ether just randomly wait.

Was looking for some winter gloves, but they weren’t available at the store. So the department employee helped me find and purchase the gloves I wanted online.

I have been visiting Decathlon in saga centre in Riga recently.This time I was looking forward to browse around the shop ,not online.The staff was very unfriendly and not willing to help.Two guys,shop assistant in football section was more busy talking to each other and had not time for me even then I asked to help.Girl on the till was not able even to say Hi or Bye or Thank you.Very sad that staff you employed have not been trained to be helpful and friendly.

Decathlon has one account for all countries. When I moved to Latvia and made an order I did not know I had to change my phone number in the profile details. So I placed an order with the correct local address indicated and started to wait. When one week passed with no shipping information I contacted the store. They told me my order is now cancelled because they can not ship it without the local phone number. No one bothered to contact me for one whole week. No one cancelled an order earlier. So the customer left with no money (I have to wait for the refund), no ordered items and very bad experience.
Please Decathlon Latvia change something! If local phone number is required provide this information the customer during checkout. If you do not provide it then at least cancel the order earlier by yourself specifying the reason. Do not make your customers to wait and guess what to do!
