Horrible customer service, misleading product details, a very outdated and clunky interface, and no money-back guarantee so you're stuck with it if you don't like it. Also the interface is old, outdated, super clunky, and not at all intuitive.
They tell you that you should use the trial period to see if it's the right product for you, then if you say it doesn't meet your needs, which it won't if you're a digital nomad receiving and making payments in multiple currencies, they'll say you should have figured that out in the trial period. As if every single use case for your business could possibly be tested in 7 days.
The customer service outright blamed me for not figuring out that their service doesn't meet my needs, refused to refund me after 36 hours of using the service, and offered no solution other than, "If you don't like it, and you don't use the service you paid for, that's not our problem."
