My Mum booked in for ear micro suction due to the long NHS wait at Dears Drylaw. She was a bit apprehensive as found it painful previously whilst done at the local health centre.
She needn't have worried, Erin was fantastic with her and the treatment was painless, quick and worked a treat. She is no longer deaf and felt instant relief.
Erin was really knowledgeable and talked us through it all (albeit my Mum couldn't hear a thing🤣). Would highly recommend and would definitely go back if she needed it again.
Went to the Kelty branch and was butchered by an untrained member of staff when getting microsuction on my ear. Horrendous damage caused and won’t answer my complaint, be very aware of this company
Dears Dunfermline have dealt with all my Pharmacy needs since opening.
All staff are professional, polite and friendly.
Molly is the star of the show for me who is all of the above with a lovely welcoming smile.
My 6 weekly repeat prescription is arranged in a professional and organised manner with easy communication between Dears and my Doctor at Bellyoeman Surgery if need be.
I have run out of medication and Dears sort it out quickly and efficiently.

As a visually impaired person with only limited sight, I have visited Dears Pharmacy on several occasions.
The staff are not only friendly, but to add to which, they make certain that when dealing with customers, they are made to feel at ease.
On Monday 17th of July 2023, I had reason to visit Dears Pharmacy.
I have been experiencing my ears feeling very clogged up, with wax.
The member of staff Megan, was fully aware of the fact, that, I felt very uneasy about having my ears syringed, and completely made me feel at ease, while the procedure was carried out.
Dears Pharmacy, not only take great care of their customers, they also make certain, that, any aspect or procedure is taken seriously and all information is logged.
On having my ears syringed, I made my payment at the desk, and found the remaining staff to be of a friendly nature and very kind.
In my sincere opinion, I would give Dears Pharmacy 11 out of 10 for what I can only term as an excellent service.

Sophie has a warm smile, eyes like the ocean, and very efficient at her job.

Came to a Dears Pharmacy to do the AMH test for female fertility. Advertised online as £79 with very small fine print on booking and paying for it saying any additional feels to be paid on site once at the appointment. Was only told after the blood was drawn that there is a £30 blood drawing fee additional to this - this was nowhere in my confirmation email. So total comes for £119. May as well have gone for the in home tests from Superdrug or other providers that as at £80.
Please be aware of the total fees included prior to booking appointment.
Steven went above and beyond to help me with my request today. He called round 8 pharmacy's to see if they had stock in. Very friendly and I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you once again for an amazing service!
I went in on Thursday 01/06/23 in the ferry road store at 17.45 to collect my prescription that the doctor sent them on Wednesday just to be told it will not be ready until Saturday afternoon and I told them I need it now and she says there nothing they can do and I need to suffer in pain for a few more days
Terrible!!! No one knows what the the other is doing, I went to pick up a prescription which they said they couldn’t find but after about 20 mins and passing the buck to 4 other people it was right in front of them. Not to mention there must have been 9 people on staff and they were wandering about eating ice lollies!! This pharmacy needs to sort there sh”t
out and get a decent manager!!!!
This pharmacy has messed up on a number of occasions not processing prescriptions or processing with a delay which put me at risk (cardiovascular prescription). Terrible customer service. Had to raise a formal complaint to which they responded that I was provided exclusive customer service! They never learn, your complaint or feed back means nothing to them! My GP supported me and moved all my prescriptions to a diffrent pharmacy now. NOT RECOMENDED.
They came to our school to do vaccinations for a school trip. The staff were helpful and funny and it was overall a very good experience.
1st class service, friendly staff, forward thinking, organised, nothing was a problem. Would not hesitate to recommend.
They overcharged me for the service I received. The card receipts I have are all different amounts because the staff didn't know what they were doing. I went for vaccinations. When I paid in store on the second visit I asked the pharmacist for my VAT receipt and he told me to email them - the counter staff told me the same on third visit, but to this day they have not replied to my emails or voicemails. I am unable to claim expenses because of this, not to mention I was overcharged which is illegal. I would go somewhere else in future. Don't waste your time here.
Really friendly people and a good environment
I had my 81 year old mother in to have her ears get the micro suction. Ashley done a great job. She was so kindly and professional. She put us both at ease.

After recently experiencing difficult hearing I visited Dears to have micro suction to remove wax buildup in my ears. Met Ashley who explained the process clearly and put me at ease. I was delighted that she could remove the wax and restore my hearing, it was a painless procedure and Ashley checked throughout I was comfortable. I would recommend Ashley and also the staff at Dears who made the appointment for me, everyone was so friendly and helpful.
My wife had booked a blood test online via another company and Dears Dunfermline was the closest location to get it taken. Ashley was professional, friendly, and helped my wife to feel at ease. We would definitely recommend.
