I attended an appointment for earwax microsuction, as my ears felt a bit blocked and full and I was convinced they needed a good clean out. Ashley carried out a consultation with me, and upon finding no earwax actually inside my ears, she issued a refund. She was very professional and also friendly and easy to chat to. Would definitely return to the pharmacy again for any other issues. The lady who helped me on reception was also lovely (didn't get her name).

Every time I try to get my repeat prescription there is a problem. Its like an encyclopaedia of errors including giving me another person with completely different names bag of medicines. They couldnt give a crap that I gave to go without my meds because they run out.

I had to go there for a private blood test and the service was great. Danielle the phlebotomist was so very kind and friendly and even though I couldn’t get my blood taken that day due to being dehydrated/cold I was asked to come back the next morning free of charge! Would 100% recommend getting these private bloods done at Dears! A simpler option to private hospitals.

Sarah in the Burntisland store was fantastic when mum got her ears micro suctioned last week. Fully recommend.

I had reason to book a private blood test via an online company and their suggestion of a local place to have this carried out was Dears Dunfermline. The whole process was really easy. Ashley took the blood sample and was lovely. I actually had no idea there was so many services available at the branch and a really nice consultation room area away from the front shop.

Alex ferguson, Head pharmacy I think, he was great,very patient,very sympathy to what I was going through, had ear infection,couldn't get doctors appointment, drained ear,gave antibiotics,then fallow up appointment,

Went to Dears last Saturday to sort our my ear wax. I was treated by Jessica who was lovely - a super manner and did a great job. No hesitation in recommending!

I had an appointment today with Jessica to have wax removed from my ears as my GP no longer offers this service. I was very pleased with the results. Jessica was a lovely girl and put me at ease. The micro suction removed all the wax and I feel much better

My husband and I had a travel consultation and vaccination for our honeymoon with Lauren A in Markinch.
Lauren was so knowledgable and put me so at ease as I’m not great with needles.
She made the process so easy and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I had been experiencing hearing loss, pain and pressure in my ears due to bad ear wax build up and when I found out about GPs no longer doing syringing and other places booked up weeks in advance, I was feeling at a loss about what to do! I came across Dears in Dunfermline who had immediate appointments and I'm so glad - Jessica worked wonders with the micro-suction and was a joy to deal with. She was patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. After 2 appointments, 3 days apart, my ears are clear and I can hear! I won't hesitate to go back if I experience problems again.

Telephoned Dears Dunfermline pharmacy to enquire about a flu jab and they were very helpful. Friendly staff and excellent service from this pharmacy.

Was having difficulty hearing went to the pharmacy where I got my ears cleaned out feels fantastic many thanks to the staff who were friendly and welcoming explained everything great staff well done

We had Laura A from the Markinch Branch in to do a Flu Clinic within our company for our employees. The clinic ran great and Laura was very friendly and helpful with all the people who visited the clinic

My experience so far with the pharmacy has been awesome.I got exactly what i ordered and it was delivered on time.

After weeks of poor hearing I was booked in with Danielle for micro ear wax removal. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Danielle was charming and helpful and I would definitely recommend the pharmacy in Dunfermline to anyone who is suffering from poor hearing.

Sarah in your Burntisland was excellent with my elderly mother who visited to have her ears cleaned out. My mother was very anxious about the appointment since she'd previously had a perforated eardrum but Sarah was very reassuring and put her mind at ease.
