The only issue I had was it was difficult to contact about where my order was. Once sent out it got here really quick and was packaged wonderfully, will definitely buy from again.

wonderful experience!

a lovely experience! all the products were shipped in a high quality bubble mailer that made sure the albums were protected, and the photocards were wrapped seperately as well! it is obvious lots of care went into wrapping it. and they even gave us a freebie! would shop here again definitely xx

Customer service don't reply

I tried to make an order of Stray Kids DominATE CelebrATE merch and used a 15% discount code I was given as a reward.
I entered the discount code and got the discount. I then went to log in to my SHOP account to get points and the discount was lost.
I understand that sometimes these things happen, but I have emailed the Customer Service team 3 times with no reply.
I'm aware the preorder period will be ending and so need to make the purchase now, but it is disappointing as I have lost out on £50 and haven't received any reply.
It's really hard to purchase at an online shop that doesn't respond to your emails when you are having trouble.

Regarding the discount code — it was registered to a different account from the one you attempted to use. As stated in our email, discount codes can only be applied to the same account that received them.

We also checked your order history and found that the discount code has already been successfully used for a completed order.

My first time experience!

Tried this company out for the first time! Got to say that there isn't great communication. I was concerned about my order and emailed multiple times and haven't received anything 😭 But all is good! Everything arrived all well and pulled my bias for the POB! Ill be ordering for SKZs next comeback!

Don't buy here please

Hello, please don't ever buy from the shop. I ordered items worth almost 200€ and canceled the order a few days later. I never received a refund, even thought I cancelled before the items were shipped. They claimed to have refunded my money, but they never did. The customer Support doesn't help either. This shop is a scam!!

DMF saved the day

DMF saved the day! Placed an order for an item that was sold out in other places but they had it!
Ordered on a Monday and received it that friday Friday. It was my first order and I'm really happy with how quick and easy the entire process has been. They added a freebie which was really sweet, overall would definitely shop from them again.

They do not reply to emails

They do not reply to emails. If you have an issue, question or query it doesn't matter they won't reply.
Only time I see them message back to people is if you put a negative review on here.
