I ordered a Zerobaseone album on sale and delivery was quick (noting that it was already ready to ship). Nice packaging, no damaging whatsoever and came with a top loader as a freebie. I'm pleased :]

The only issue I had was it was difficult to contact about where my order was. Once sent out it got here really quick and was packaged wonderfully, will definitely buy from again.

no order and not reachable

I ordered from them before and while the email communication was non-existent before it still arrived. Now I'm waiting for an order from May or June and I have tried everything. They don't even reply on Instagram, where they're happily posting every day and their comments are deactivated. Seeing the other comments I'm assuming something happened and I would be willing to change this review if there is an explanation but the current situation is unacceptable (and I really don't want to induce legal steps, please do something!)

Im still waiting for my item since OCT…

Im still waiting for my item since OCT 17 yes its preorder im just frustrated that theres 0 communication why do I have to email 3 times and no response not even an utomatic email. They should fix up. But I will update when the items arrive.

Terrible customer service

Ordered pre-order photocards in February. Constantly had to chase them up for an estimation on when they would ship as months had passed. They eventually ship them out and it appears like they got lost in transit. Tried emailing them and messaging on Instagram to get no reply.

Photocard

All the official photocards I buy from dearmyfavorite are legit and I happened to nab this selling of Dominate : Celebrate POP-UP ver of Han that I have been searching EVERYWHERE for that wasn’t over £30! Never had an issue with the seller with all the previous orders I’ve done. My main, and only, shop for photocards :)

Shambolic Service

Ordered midnight mirage pajamas which was pre order product set to be in stock by end of September. I ordered on Nov 15, and receive no updates at all on status for 8 days, tried contacting via every single way, email, instagram, online chat and absolutely no replies. Highly unrecommended, you will have great uncertainty on when your product will arrive.

Girl, just go to another seller, literally ANY other seller

Y’all… please avoid this bootleg lil store at all costs 😭😭😭😭 There’s no communication with them and the pre-order dates feel like they just pulled them out of a hat and said “yeah that sounds good”. If it says shipping is in February, ur gonna be waiting for many many MAAANYYY more months. (Mind you, I haven’t gotten any updates or even a reply back to any of my emails since I ordered something nearly half a year ago. And yes I know about the “customer service” hours.) Is this website ran out of someone’s basement? omfg I’m actually shocked that anybody can be this bad lmfao

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service, my item was meant to be shipped end of October 2025, it's now the 14th November and they have ignored all contact from me, not replied to me once! I gave them enough chances to respond and I am now out of pocket! I get there can be delays but you could respond to queries!
