Fake coaching
Alex is a genuine guy but he needs to do a better job hiring people. Jeremy is in charge of providing clients lists but he's some 21 year old who sits playing video games all day instead of actually helping clients. The sales agents like Darwin are also pushy and deceptive. They have to record themselves talking to clients so they pretend to be super helpful on camera and act like they will support you the whole process but as soon as the call ends, you never hear from them again. Also Darwin was trying to get me to pay before showing me the contract. This is unethical and frankly should be illegal. The information is good but they will try to get you to spend more money than you need to.
