Ordering is relatively simple if you know something about image resolution, and output sharpening. The print quality was very good, but I didn't expect to see a small area of gloss differential in the ordered direct print on dibond. In the future I will make certain there are no areas of my uploaded image that don't require that some ink be laid down everywhere to eliminate this problem. Packaging was excellent and the order arrived ahead of schedule. I will be placing more orders with Whatewall.

The quality of the finished print is outstanding. Using Photoshop to refine the final adjustment produced and amazing image. I have used Whitewall service for several years, never been disappointed

Was a bit concerned as the package was pretty well destroyed in one corner and wet but fortunately the picture was unaffected

I’ve already explained it in my message to customer service , and never heard back . For starters you sent my first picture and it arrived in 3 days after I ordered it, like you knew I was going to order it again and it arrived broken , seems you intentionally broke it , because I’ve had 6 pictures from yall in the past with no problems , but it’s seems suspicious that it was such a quick turnaround because I upgraded since I wanted metallic pearl but the ONLY difference was , it was darker . THATS IT…Darker! Nothing really noticeably different. So I paid an extra $160.00 more for a 37” picture. The upgrade metallic pearl just didn’t have the 3D look or slickrock appeal that provides a distinct pearlscent high gloss metallic finish , because I know what they look like very much. Because I have 3 of them! So customer service , I guess just decides to just blow it off since it’s Friday and no big deal , it’s the weekend coming up. I just can’t believe you guys treat repeating customers like me that way I’ve been spending a lot of money at your company over the past 9 years .
