The ordering and delivery was very easy and quick. Unfortunately the radiator was damaged when it arrived. A short email with foto was enough for Hudson Reed to send a replacement radiator which arrived exactly on time. Friendly and customer oriented, I would have no problem buying from them again.

Goods were not delivered on pallet
Goods were not delivered on pallet, packages were delivered separatly, we have extra costs to put on pallet and transfer to site location.
There were delivery complications with Dachser which were not called as agreed at least 30min prior to delivery and they just put individual parts in backyard.

thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with your delivery. We can assure you that all orders, that are being sent with Dachser, are normally delivered safely on a pallet directly to the customer and the depot always contacts customers prior to arrange a delivery date, so it is very unusual that Dachser have delivered your shipment as seperate parcels without a pallet and leaving them in your backyard. This is not the kind of service that we would expect and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We will contact Dachser about this and get some clarification as to why this has happened.
We will contact you also to check if you have received all your items in good order.
