Absolutely useless customer service, and if you do not comply with their request, they will ignore your email and send your "order" (even when there was no order) to a separate debt collector

Criminal, deceiving foreigners to make easy money.

After i did a job interview and realized that if hired i would need a VOG, i found this "company" (actually just one guy working from home to make easy money) and started typing my data... and pressed the button NEXT PAGE of the FORMULIER, without pressing any SEND button!

However i immediately received an e-mail from De-VOG telling me to complete the payment, and saying that "if i did not pay, i would never receive the VOG document".

To double-check i called a Dutch friend who told me that this was not an official company, and that my employer would send the Justis a request for my VOG. So i did not pay, and waited for my employer to send me the official request.

To my suprise, De-VOG sent me the document in 1 week and an invoice, which i did not pay of course because they are not the official institution and i did NOT HIRE their services, so their document would have no validity for me.

After that moment they started calling me, SMS-ing, whatsapping me, sending many invoices with huge fines, etc etc.., and even exposed my data in another Review website, which is a cybercrime!

Fortunetly i have their e-mail PRINTED, where they said that "if i do not pay i would not receive the VOG", because after the discussion here, they simply unsent that e-mail so i would not have a proof!

Also beware that positive reviews here are done by himself, because he is not a beginner!

Just today he e-mailed me saying that he sent my name to an INCASSOBUREAU (to try to take my money somehow) and therefore am going to the police NOW to report this criminal.

Beware of this guy!!

I made a mistake ordering VOG from the company as It stated in the advertisement that everything is done within 1 minute. The mistake i did is i filled the form where it implicitly says you agree to pay even if i didn't finish the procedure and paid, they started the screening process. So since this is my mistake as well of not checking all terms I wanted to give it a shot, but they failed to even provide the correct VOG for a sport that I wanted. They made it like for a job and requested payments. So my mistake was not reading properly terms and conditions but as some posts mentioned, the company is working in very shade area, where what they do is still legal but i would consider it border unethical. Not willing to cancel, not willing to correct, and even when they did "correct" was still wrong. My advice is might be helpful for some, but the approach is something i would not recommend to anyone and it is unclear if this speeds up anyhow procedure. It def doesn't take 1 minute but it takes up to 2 days to proceed. I decided to pay since legal costs are more expensive then they "service". just be carefully with multiple domain names this has de vog vog-loket my-vog and etc.
