Ryan D was able to resolve my CD…

Ryan D was able to resolve my CD questions very quickly and straight to the point. He also walked me thru alternative way to accomplish the same on website by myself. DCU has been providing wonderful service for a long time and Ryan took it a step up today. Thank you.

Excellent service

Excellent service, enhanced by a knowledgeable, courteous representative. The process was seamless and was completed very quickly. The representative was patient, answered my questions readily which allowed for me to get all the information I needed.

I have been a member of DCU for years…

I have been a member of DCU for years and the service has always been exceptional. Everyone is polite and helpful and the applications are easy to use . Working in customer service myself, I admire the true service given from every individual I have ever spoken to , on phone or in chat for help.

I had a wonderful experience…

I had a wonderful experience refinancing my auto loan through DCU. I’ve been with DCU since 2013 and unfortunately had to go with another bank for a new vehicle when I moved out to Utah in 2024. I had help from Cindy today and she was wonderful - kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Cindy and DCU!

Fantastic Customer Support - Way to go Allyson!

I have never had any unpleasant experience with anyone at DCU, whether it be in one of the branches or while calling the Customer Support, in my 20+ years of being a member at DCU. I had another great experience interacting with Allyson B (IC Member Service Sr Spec) when I called to enquire about a way to track a check that was sent a month+ ago by US Mail. Allyson was fantastic in not only patiently listening to my concerns and advising next steps, but she went one step ahead and suggested an alternate way (Bill Pay) to avoid a similar situation in the future. Great job Allyson. Keep up the good work. DCU is lucky to have you as a Member Service Specialist.

Varsha G was incredibly helpful

Varsha G was incredibly helpful! We finalized our pre approved auto loan in one simple call to DCU.
We have had occasions with other banks where call were quite frustrating. That was absolutely not the case with Varsha G.
Thanks for building a great team. It shows!

Nas was very exceptional at providing customer care

Nas was very helpful, she understood my concern and the need to move forward with the loan process due to it being an emergency. She clearly stated all the information and answered all of my questions. She also was very helpful and respectful throughout the whole interaction. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

I've banked with DCU since 2017

I've banked with DCU since 2017. Never have any problems or surprise fees. They've helped me from refinancing my auto loan to personal loan. Their customer service is amazing.
