No more restrictions on arrival times

This is such a great service, Im no longer restricted by check in times for when I can arrive to destinations.
With a family of four including young children, I can't arrive at 7am if my check in time is at 3pm. I can't wait to use it again to bridge the gaps between arrival & check in.

SUPERB

I loved it! I absolutely 💯 loved it. I was able to book a luxury hotel for a fraction of what it would have cost me to pay for one night and I was able to enjoy ALL the amenities!!! Thr app is so simple to use, no hidden fees, in fact they are very transparent and upfront with the fees you'll get charged. Its up to you to accept the terms, remember that. I really enjoy the concept to rent a hotel for just a few hours and flexibility on what hours of the day, I mean, genius!!! 👌 the hotel was Hyatt Regency Princeton excellent jot very beautiful, I would go again with my kid when the weather warms up a little because you can rent a bike complementary wirh your stay so amazing! I love that! Such beautiful lobby!! The only thing i would say is missing is points system. Like you earned points every time you book and successful stay and give an honest review, maybe earn points that translate to money you can use ro book another room and again and again that would be amazing. This was all perfect from the app to the stay i had a blast!

watch your booking; double payments made

I stayed at a hotel reserved through Dayuse. On booking, I was charged the hotel rate even when it was stated that 'it was payment at the hotel'. On arrival, the hotel asked me for payment again stating that it has not received anything from Dayuse. I have contacted the hotel and Dayuse about a refund and it has been 3 weeks since my stay and nothing refunded.

We have since intervened to ensure the situation was fully resolved and can now confirm that the refund has been processed successfully.

This app is a great idea helps when…

This app is a great idea helps when it's too early to check in or it's after checkin or you only need a few hours there's always a number of choices places to pick from room differences different time frames all around I think it's a great great thing it has helped me over the past few years to get different things accomplished or see people I haven't been able to stay in years but we were on the crunch for time

Easy to use

Easy to use. Travelling with kids and we were all exausted and jet lagged with eight hours before our flight home. Day Use was easy to use and having a few hours to sleep in a clean hotel room made a huge difference. Tried other ways to find a day use room but it was unwieldly and difficult. Hotels are not set up for day use - the app made it very easy.

Client friendly!

Booking price and price at hotel is not the same. They say €38 and at the hotel it’s €98. @Novotel Deira city center. The hotel claims the company makes this discount/false price without their promission.

REPOST: after I reached out to them on their request, they investigated this problem and paid the price difference back. It took some time but the issue was solved. Now I’m a very happy costumer. Maybe till next time ;)

The app was easy to use

The app was easy to use. Reserving, paying and checking in to the dayroom was seamless. The price seemed about as much as a full night but was worth it to avoid sitting in an airport for 8 hours.

Despite having confirmation number

Despite having confirmation number, hotel receptionist claimed that no reservation was received. I had to book directly with hotel . Can’t rely 100% on this service, despite having made the reservation days in advance.
