The hotel itself is standard

The hotel itself is standard. Great for a quick stay before and after a cruise vacation. We stayed here after a cruise since we had a later flight. The staff was friendly especially the young lady at Starbucks. My dissatisfaction was the condition of our room. I found a press-on nail and a used feminine product behind the curtains. The carpet had stains which gave me the impression that the room was not vacuum because how could housekeeping miss a bottle of feminine wash. The worse part was I found tiny red bugs, probably ants, in the sheets of one of the beds. Since we were only using the room for a few hours, the hassle to move rooms, didn't make any sense. I wouldn't stay here again but for the money and the amount of hours we stayed, it was ok. The Dayuse did not include breakfast, which I thought it did hence why we went to Starbucks but it included use of the pool. Unfortunately it was freezing that day so we did not use it.

Dayuse booking was great

Dayuse booking was great. Torrance in lax was bad the guy at check in was rude, the room he gave me both trash bins were full with someone else’s trash. The toilet roll ran down to the floor like someone’s playing with it, there was random hair on floor and bed, ice machine was a maze to find and constant noise because my room was by the supply closet. My apartment was being worked on but I will never recommend or stay at Torrance inn ever again

Reservation? Not real...

I reserved a room over 2 months in advance but Dayuse is not familiar with the definition of that word. When I arrived at the hotel after getting a confirmation email the day before from DayUse the hotel said Dayuse cancelled my reservation and they did not have a room for me. They had no solution and basically said sorry. Apparently DayUse either cancelled my reservation or never reserved it to begin with. Horrible experience.

Best stay yet

Best stay yet and I use often at times. Staff were awesome. Understood my circumstance and let me check in early to get rest. Definitely will be on my favorites and will use again.

This service is perfect for those who…

This service is perfect for those who need a place to stay for a very short while. We were returning from a cruise but weren’t flying back home until later that evening. Dayuse allowed us to relax before we headed home. Thanks so much!

Beautiful atmosphere and decor

Hotel Dena stay in Pasadena

Beautiful atmosphere and decor. $16 to park every time you re-enter the parking area. Customer service needs improvement especially with new guest which is more important than the parking rate.

Needed a hotel for just the evening in…

Needed a hotel for just the evening in Durham. The only one available was Delta Hotels by Marriott Durham Royal County, which would cost £90.54 for 3pm-11pm. However, if booking directly you can get the hotel for the whole night for only £87, and their check in time is 3pm anyway! What's the point?

After checking the hotel's official website, we noted that the £87 rate refers to a 'Non-Refundable/No Flex' offer, which requires upfront payment and cannot be cancelled or modified.In contrast, our DAYUSE offer is a 'Full Flex' rate.
This includes the benefit of free cancellation up until 2 hours before check-out and payment directly at the hotel.
For a like-for-like comparison, the hotel's own 'Full Flex' overnight rate is currently priced at £109 or more, meaning our DAYUSE option still offers better value for flexible booking.

That being said, we would like to investigate your specific case further to ensure there were no errors in the display.
