Our Philosophy

At Daylesford, we’re dedicated to growing, producing and cooking seasonal, organic food. It must be fresh, and full of flavour, packed with the many vitamins and minerals that come from natural food, picked and eaten at its peak.

As part of a mission to reverse the industrialisation of our food and the pollution of the land that nurtures it, we practise organic, sustainable framing with far less pesticides and herbicides on our crops. We do not use artificial growth promoters and hormones on our animals, and maintain the highest welfare standards.

Above all, we believe that when people eat natural, organic food, they can taste the difference. It’s a chain of goodness that begins with healthy soil, and finishes with healthy animals and people.

Our Farmshops

From high-quality larder staples to indulgent treats for special occasions, our farmshop shelves are full with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from our organic Market Garden, artisan bread made by hand in our own Bakery, award-winning cheese from our Creamery and fresh organic meat from clover-rich pastures.

Our Homewares collections are made by makers who are as passionate about sustainability, quality materials and elegant design as we are to create one-of-a-kind items for your homes and gardens, from the softest linens to the signature scents of our home fragrance range.

Our Cafés

Our organic cafés are the natural showcase for what we do on the farm. Here, our chefs make our produce the star of each plate, with seasonally changing menus and daily specials highlight what’s good to eat right now.

Will definitely order again!

We ordered the zero waste box and was not dissapointed. There was a great selection of meat, fresh veg, salad and sweet treats - many had long 'eat before' times and the fresh goods stayed perfect for so much longer than supermarket items. Packaged so well - still very cold after delivery.

Disappointing

Normally love receiving Daylesford parcels but this time was really disappointing as the oven gloves smelt horribly of mildew. It was particularly embarrassing as they were given as a birthday gift but they smelt so bad I had to take them home and wash them.

Unfortunate

Unfortunate
Large order
Milk carton split
Milk literally everywhere! In bread over vegetables etc
Took hours to clean up !
Some compensation offered ( milk bread ) but felt like getting blood out of a stone.
Wish I had rejected the wet damaged box but didn't want all the food to go to waste !
Nice quality food !
But all the hassle not worth it ...

Love Daylesford - although v poor ecard experience

I had great difficulty getting an online ecard voucher for my friend. It took a week to get it which was frustrating as it was a gift.
When it finally came the format was really poor & has no bar code on it so I just hope it works. It is also looks poor - just typed words and do it looks like I have her a memo for her birthday! A lot of fuss for a poor product.
Daylesford & the spa are some of my favourite places and do I write this review but this poor service is not what I usually experience & so I hope the information is received as it is intended - constructively to improve for others

Discovery Box

Ordered 2 boxes, one didn't arrive much to my disappointment. However they did refund for the missing box. The discovery Box was great as a one off.

Thank you for ordering one of our Zero Waste Boxes, your order helps us to ensure that we tread lightly on our planet by keeping our food waste to a minimum.

Unfortunately, we experienced a significant uplift in demand for our Zero Waste Boxes, over and above what we would typically expect. As the name suggests, the fulfilment of these boxes relies on there being food waste that would be thrown out otherwise.

Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, we did not have enough food waste to fulfil all orders.

We do apologise for the disappointment caused.

NATURAL MULTI-SURFACE CLEANER

I purchased the natural multi surface cleaner and refill.

The order was received super quick and well packaged.

The bottle is beautiful and looks nice out on my work top. Most importantly the smell of the cleaner has a pleasant smell and cleans effortlessly. It’s makes my cleaning more enjoyable. Highly recommended.
