Total scam

Total scam. They claim to provide “qualified leads,” but not a single contact they sent was genuinely interested or willing to move forward. None of the leads accepted a serious meeting or call to discuss opportunities, and not a single lead turned into a real business opportunity, not to mention invalid numbers.

Before taking payment, they promised replacements for bad or non-qualified leads, especially if there was no response or no conversion. Ehtisham clearly confirmed this in writing, saying they would replace all bad or non-qualified leads after feedback. After more than a week of trying to contact the leads, I sent screenshots exactly as requested, showing that I had already initiated conversations but the clients were simply not interested.

Instead of honoring their promise, they started making excuses and suddenly refused to replace the leads, claiming it was “not their problem” once I contacted them. This completely contradicts what they promised before payment.

Very unprofessional and misleading service. Be extremely careful before spending money with this company.

SCAM

SCAM. FRAUDSTERS.

Saw an Ad on Facebook. Clicked the Ad. They added me to a Whatsapp Community. Where other members cannot be contacted. They were promising leads for real estate. I asked them to sell me one or 2 leads as sample to prove its.legit. they said no minimum order is 80 usd. Asked for payment via crypto or third party payment gateway (company unheard of).. I paid via crypto. They gave all fake numbers of people. All numbers were switched off or oice mail. One person answered and said he never enquired about any property. They are just selling random numbers from the market data. And out of which one will eventually buy something. And they are using that as bait. By taking screenshots which could very well be fake also. I asked for a refund. He blocked me. By the way, they also deliver after 5 days at 12 am after the order which was the biggest red flag. Because they keep posting messages every few hours that fresh batch of leads generated which are also qualified. All rubbish to trap the hardworking brokers and robbing companies. Daylight robbery.
