Unter der ärztlichen Leitung von PD Dr. med. Daniel Berthold bieten wir die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Erstbelehrung für alle an, die beruflich mit Lebensmitteln arbeiten: in Gastronomie, Bäckerei, Küche, Lebensmittelhandel, Pflege oder auf Festivals und Märkten. So funktioniert es: online buchen, kurzes Schulungsvideo ansehen, Verständnisfragen beantworten – nach rund 10 Minuten kommt die Bescheinigung als PDF per E-Mail. Ohne Termin, ohne Wartezimmer, deutschlandweit anerkannt und in über 40 Sprachen verfügbar. Die Identität wird geprüft, die Belehrung rechtssicher dokumentiert. Neben der Erstbelehrung (25 €) bieten wir die Folgebelehrung (15 €) an – die alle zwei Jahre vorgeschriebene Auffrischung – sowie eine Team-Lösung, mit der Betriebe die Belehrungen ihrer Mitarbeiter zentral verwalten und Fristen automatisch im Blick behalten.
