I needed a replacement fuel filter assembly with unusual sized ports for my old renault tractor. Whilst the guy that answered to phone couldnt source the actual part i needed he did find me a substitute and the bango fittings to match. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Brilliant service - I would thoroughly recommend this company.
Having spent a lot of time searching for help to get much needed parts for my vehicle I eventually came across Jeremy at Darwens Diesels.What a breath of fresh Air.He spent a long time making sure I had the correct parts and then called me back with the results.I paid and they were here the next day.
The order was not a big one but the attention to detail and customer service was second to none .I can only recommend this company for anything to do with diesel parts and service .
