One item sent, the wording in the advert made it sound like it was a set of three figures,the other figures were discontinued,so the one figure was of no use.

My teapot lid didn't seem to fit , I messaged customer service to ask if they had come across this before. Immediate response. Fabulous service, sent me a replacement within 48 hours. Replacement is perfect. Will be a regular customer now.

Arrived well packed ( my arthritic hands did open everything). Just what l wanted the wall planters match my existing ones. The reed diffuser looks good as it is part of a birthday present for my daughter. Overall a great company and will order again from them.

Despite the first item arriving damaged in transit (it was well packaged and Fragile clearly labelled) Darthome dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently and the refund was back in my account next day. Everything we ordered was good but we would have liked the vase to have been in a box. Delivery was also good.

Chopping boards ordered. one was really poor quality. it had a pretty big knot in it right in the middle with a hole about the size of a penny, which had been filled with wood filler I’m ok with knots in wood,…i get it…but this is a chopping board not a wardrobe, and using filler is just not right. it won’t last

i contacted customer support and they argued it was fine. said i could return but no offer of a free return

I ordered some storage tins, they emailed me to let me know one of the set was damaged and they would send the rest and then send an undamaged one later, which they did. Excellent customer service! And the tins are lovely.
