I ordered a bowl which was supposed to be made from a root , so would be mishaped and imperfect , but what I got was a bowl that was perfectly shaped and looked nothing like was advertised , very disappointed as I could have bought this from Tesco!!

I have used Darthome twice now and both times I have received very well packed items which I have been delighted with. In all cases, they have been the best on pricing for same products from elsewhere. I would highly recommend them. Also be assured, customer service puts things right when things go wrong - a very rare thing these days - but equally just as important as the goods.
