Great service and great products

Ordered some coloured glass candle holders. They arrived promptly and were well packaged. However, the glass was thinner than expected and clearly factory produced.Also the colours were not quite as bright as I assumed by the photo.

Really happy with the communication and delivery time, and loved my statue!

The item (pretend 12.5kg gold bar) was exactly as pictured and described and, in particular, both the pictures were 100% complete in showing that, for example, the casting is hollow (so no unexpected surprises) and the description clearly stated that the actual weight is less than the "12.5kg" - so, again, no unexpected surprises.
