I bought a “goth winter jacket” from my daughter’s Christmas list as a gift… it should be illegal to call this thing a “winter” anything, it’s paper thin. When she said she’d like to see if she can get it a size up because the sleeve are a bit short I discovered this website is not a reputable business and there is NO customer service and no returns. Obviously a drop ship operation as the package came with some random man’s name for the return address rather than the company name. You will get a product, but it won’t be as described and you can’t return or exchange anything.

Be aware that some of the items on this site are falsely advertised. I received a pair of pants that were supposed to look like Tripp pants however they were not Tripp pants at all. And everything about the pants that I received we're totally different from what the picture was being advertised as to what they were supposed to look like. I actually owned the original pair that was in the picture I just wanted to have a second pair but at a cheaper price. The supposed Tripp pants that they were selling on their site was certainly cheaper by like approximately $20 compared to the ones I owned. I am still quite heated over what I received. It was certainly a waste of $85.
