I'm using daraz from 3 years but now they have started scam they have now many scMmer seller they sent cheap product bad quality i order 4 product they are all bad quality when i return LCS said daraz have stop return policy very bad scam now have been started from daraz 😡😡😡😡 i lost my 50k on 4 product i don't recommend anyone kindly buy product physically

Daraz is a very bad platform with poor quality products and unreliable service. From the beginning they have been delivering wrong items. What makes it worse is their unfair policy: instead of taking responsibility, they ask the customer to pay for the return and apply for a refund.

In normal platforms when the seller or service sends the wrong product they handle the return. But with Daraz the customer is the one who suffers. I even tried returning the wrong item and they sent it back to me again.

I really don’t recommend Daraz to anyone. Avoid this service if you value your time and money.

My order was placed in the end of May 2025. I waited til the 10th of June then contacted Daraz.pk's live chat about it. They gave me a complaint number and a resolution time of 5 days and informed me that they'll email me. If I don't respond to the email, they'll close the ticket.

Since then, no response to my emails until today and for five business days (7 actual days) their live chat agents have been telling me to wait and their "team" will update me. Now today, after the required 5 days of waiting they marked my complaint as resolved and told me a rider had called me to deliver the order and my phone was unresponsive.

I've been home since the 10th, I work from home so my phone is constantly on and I rarely leave the house. I had to personally go to the courier, Leopards courier service and they told me the parcel that had been booked on 31st May had just entered my city on 11th June and a delivery attempt had not been made as the package was still at a sorting hub. So Daraz's customer service has been BS-ing me and are continuing to do so.

Daraz app is totally scam I ordered a beekeeping item and I received a spoon in the box so i paid almost 4000 Rupees on a spoon what a shame

Pathetic people, they have zero customer service they will take the utmost amount of ages and then make u beg for your own refund. Nothing but thieves

I order one fan its to late delivery also not delivery in proper address when i ask can i have customer service number they replied check in google unprofessional answering i order fan they give different fan is realy bad customer service scammer how can we believe

Always up and downs with daraz sellers but now daraz is scamming its customers by deleting negative reviews.beware of fake reviews and always ask for real pics of products.

Daraz is 1 of the worst platform for the return items.

It's been month they have failed to return my money and the bikers are doing fraud as well with customers.

Really not advising to return any item to Daraz throw it in garbage but don't ask for return.

Complaint team is useless.

Wrost platfrom ever DARAZ WORST TO BOTH COSTUMER AND SELLERS

I ordered Camara cctv a product based on the photos and description shown on your daraz website. However, after receiving the item, I realized that the product is completely different from what was advertised. The version I received does not have SIM support, unlike what was shown at the time of purchase.
This is clear false advertising and a violation of consumer rights. I have attached screenshots of the original product listing and photos of the item I received.Instead of helping, your support team is blaming me and refusing to accept the return. This is unacceptable. I demand a full refund or replacement with the correct item. Bmart.lk agent .....307

I placed an order 12 days ago but I haven't received the order yet and the order status is showing complete. Where is my order? I made an online payment but I haven't received the order yet.

I was given a 10 percent refund on my order only which I completely returned because the seller had sent wrong items, and the help center is giving it a Damn. So I have spent money for just placing an order. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

I got a gift for my birthday on this stupid company delayed the order twice when it was about to come and they were close the road was blocked and instead of taking a ten minute detour they canceled the order I would give them zero stars if I can.

Very bad experience I ordered for men sandals deducted charges twice and cancelled the order later on.

Worst company with the worst services and reliability. Daraz was quite good in the beginning, but now it seems their whole system has collapsed. When an online store loses credibility, it is usually not sustainable after that. I'm going to uninstall it from my phone.

Very bad customer service. I had an issue with the deposit and raised a number of complaints and they kept sending a very standard reply which was autogenerated without taking a step further to investigate. Very disappointed service without any solution

Very bad due diligence. I got my order. And it's marked as undelivered on Daraz app. I want to give 1 star review to that product but I can't.

I also escalated this issue to Daraz customer care but they unable to resolve it.

Daraz or TCS delivery partner both started scam with daraz prepaid orders customer. They put fraud fake unsuccessful delivery attempts. Not resolved issue. 2024-2025 this fraud on top level billion rupees scam every month. Not fair. Maybe need registered Fir against daraz + TCS on all city's. Fruad fraud fruad.....
