I ordered some stuff from daraz , they send me wrong stuff i made pictures and send them back , then they said make a unboxing vedio otherwise refund will be cancel , now you tell how is it possible to make a vedio of a parcel i already send them to review , and finally they didnt processed my refund request , shitty platform every

Waste of investment on daraz

I had a highly disappointing experience with Daraz.pk as a seller. The platform places excessive emphasis on pushing sellers to increase product visibility primarily through paid advertisements. Additionally, during their campaigns, they pressure sellers to offer steep discounts, which makes profit margins nearly impossible to maintain. Without these discounts or advertisements, product reach is virtually non-existent. Overall, the system feels overly commission-driven and not supportive of sustainable growth for sellers.

I have ordered 2 items but get only one…

I have ordered 2 items but get only one item delivered while paid for both items. aVery next day raised complain but the chat boat and comlex customers support write ro supplier and also raised complain on daraz website no use.
The services become pathetic at daraz andcreaching to them has become really difficult they need to realize that at the earliest before it become late as we the customers loosing trust on Daraz

Payment captured but order not placed

Daraz customer support is just hell. Always mis guiding. I place order the payment went through but order shows as cancelled. I talked to customer service they just say we are initiating refund but its been 6 days no refund received. And its their daily thing to give 24h wait time.

Warning: A Buyer's Experience with Fraud and Failed Customer Support on Daraz

​I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Daraz Pakistan to warn other customers.
​I bought a faulty item from a seller on the Daraz platform. When the seller instructed me to return it directly for a refund, I followed their guidance. However, after the seller received the product, they blocked me and kept both the product and my money.
​My own investigation revealed even more serious issues:
​The manufacturer of the item confirmed that this seller is not authorized to sell their products, which is a major violation.
​I found proof that this individual is operating two separate stores on Daraz, which is a direct violation of Daraz’s policy that allows only one store per person.
​Despite providing Daraz with all the evidence multiple times, they have repeatedly closed my complaints without any action or explanation. Their customer service is completely unhelpful and clearly allows fraudulent sellers to operate with no accountability.
​It is unacceptable that Daraz fails to protect its customers from such scams and turns a blind eye to its own policies. This platform is not a safe place to shop.

Third class customer support

Third class customer support. I received wrong product for which I requested refund. But even after 3 weeks they did not give me refund even I have returned the product already. Finally, they clearly told me that I cannot get the refund now as 14 days time passed. They dragged the issue to pass 14 days and now they said you cannot get refund.

Disgraceful, unprofessional, waste of time, money and effort.

Horrible customer service. Difficulties with app / webpage. Hard for anyone to get hold to. They tend to keep making false promises just to keep the customers in the loop and waste their time n money.its a shame but Probably the worst online platform i have ever come across. Do Not use Daraz.

I placed an order on 9th August and as…

I placed an order on 9th August and as of today, still haven’t received my parcel. According to the tracking system, the package has been sitting at the dispatch facility in my city for the past 4 days, yet there’s been no attempt at delivery.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of human customer support – no live chat, no proper escalation method, just robotic responses that go nowhere. For a platform of this size, this level of service is unacceptable.

This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced from an online store. If you value your time and money, I do not recommend shopping on Daraz. They seriously need to improve their logistics and customer service systems.

I am dmall seller and today daraz removed my Dmall tag without any valid reason our store performance is good from the day one. We have 97% Positive Feedback and 98% On time shipping rate i dont think this is fear or justice for sellers

Jab b order place krny ki koshish kro to order place nai hota, aghr hum discount remove kr dety hai to order place ho jata hai. Aghr Discount k sath order nai ho sakta to advertise q krty ho. Discount b banks ki taf say hai wo b apply nai hota. Pakistan me static IP to hoti nai hai, yani na hony k braber hai to us ki b restrictions.

So an item was Rs.99 only and the delivery charges for that specific item were Rs.280
This is just a single item, i added 15 items to my cart worth Rs.7400 and the delivery charges were 3000+. What the F bro

Daraz rejected my damage order even though I have provided unboxing video on top of that they sent completely different item in return even there qc department are doing scam now and there complain department is pathetic with only apologies but no resolution

Daraz Should Take Action Against Low-Quality Sellers

Daraz is a popular platform for online shopping with a wide variety of sellers. However, I believe Daraz should take more responsibility in ensuring the quality of products sold by its registered sellers. Some sellers are offering poor-quality items, which hurts the customer experience and trust in the platform. Daraz needs to closely monitor and take strict action against sellers who sell rubbish or low-quality products. By making sure that every seller maintains high standards for both product quality and delivery, Daraz can build stronger trust with customers and improve its reputation.
