Absolutely Furious – Worst Quality Ever & Zero Help
I am beyond furious with this company. The clothes they sent me were an absolute joke. The zip didn’t work, the material was so cheap it ripped with the slightest pull, and the stitches literally came apart. For what I paid — nearly £170 — this is outrageous.
When I contacted them to return the items, they flat-out refused to help. No refund, no exchange, nothing. They clearly do not care about their customers. Instead, they insulted me by offering a discount on my next purchase. Why on earth would I ever spend another pound with a company that scams people like this?
And don’t even get me started on the sizing — completely wrong. Nothing looks like the heavily filtered photos they post on social media. It’s all fake advertising and terrible quality.
Save yourself the frustration and money. This company is a complete disgrace, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Bought a jumpsuit from this company and when it arrived it was absolutely NOTHING like the image on the internet. It has a repulsive foul chemical smell and the sizing was utterly shocking. The material itself was so poor. When I tried to request a return and refund I was met with a complete scam who completely disallowed me to pursue a return because the item was "in perfect condition" (far from). Their return address is in China and they say they are an Australian brand. And no doubt returning will cost as much.
Do not shop here. Horrific.

Buyer beware - sizes very small, misrepresent refund policy
Buyer beware - Dantyyase several reviews and my experience the sizing is misrepresented compared to usual brands I purchase from. Dantyyase misrepresent they offer a 30-days returns. The require you to email within 14 days, and then I was required to sent multiple photos of the products and prove the sizing. Then you are not offered a refund, even if they their maximum sizing is too small for you. Furthermore you are required to return post the items to China at your own expense, even though you have received the items from a NSW address. Search reviews for any online especially those advertising on Facebook. Dont go near Dantyyase.

Do not purchase through this company. They say there’s a 30 day return policy, but if you want to return because they don’t fit it aren’t as expected, they refuse to accept the return due to their policy being that they don’t accept returns unless the items are defective.
It’s an absolute scam! They say they are an Australian company, but their return policies appear to be poorly translated.
What’s the use of a 30 day return policy on an online clothing shop, if you can’t return it after trying it on!!

Quality of the product is very poor and…
Quality of the product is very poor and not same as on the picture. I could not return dress I have bought as it is not qualified for return. Instead company is “exceptionally” giving you 10% store credit to use on their website. After not satisfying with the option they offered to return item but to pay 10% restocking fee, customs and delivery fee. They will deduct also delivery fee from the refund.
Absolutely disappointed.
Please stay away from buying from that website.

I strongly advise against shopping at dantyyase.com. My experience with order #DYY025064679 was a complete disaster.
The items I received are nothing like what was shown on the website.
The pattern was completely different from the one advertised.
The style and cut (fason) were totally wrong and did not match the photos.
The size was also incorrect and not what I ordered.
The product I received does not match the website's photos or description in any way.
This was a complete waste of money, time, and nerves. Money thrown down the drain. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store at all costs.

Absolute crap place to purchase from
Absolute crap place to purchase from. Sizing is not true to size and they will not take returns and provide a refund even though I reached out to advise on the sizing issue on the day of delivery.
Sent them an email as required for returns. They replied back, asked me for photos of the product and the tag on the clothing which I provided then received an email to say they don’t provide refunds or take returns.

E-commerce that doesn’t accept returns due to fit??
This company is a complete scam. It appears at first glance on their website that they accept returns, when I in fact could not return my item for fit. On top of this the material was cheap and the pattern/colors were completely off. What kind of e-commerce store doesn’t accept returns due to fit? Size charts are not an adequate way to know if you will feel confident and love the garments you purchase. I will never purchase from them again, beware!!!!

Advise against buying from this site or FB page. The colour of my outfit was way too dark than the pictures. I wanted to return it but they said they don't take returns for that reason. I wanted to exchange for another product and apparently return address is in CHINA!!... and customer has to cover all shipping cost for return, handling new item and sending new item. But on FB they falsely advertised as " easy returns, shop with confidence" . Very dodgy!!

Even though I knew they would not…
Even though I knew they would not accept return for size (which is very wrong) one can order the right size but the garment is still not fitting. Dantyyase does not make any allowance for fitting. One the dresses I ordered has a difference of LENGHT (to be specific from waist to toes) between the front and back of the dress of 16cm. Dantyyase doesn’t look at it as a default. After many emails, I gave up but would strongly advise anyone not to order anything from them, you will not win in case of conflict! Disgraceful!!!

I can confirm after receiving several items that what is displayed on the site and what is received are not the same. Rika insists they are. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
