I had to contact Daniel Silverman Ltd following a long and difficult ordeal with collecting money owed for a contract which finished 4 years ago. Today I am glad that I made this decision as the service received was quick, efficient and flawless. Had a very difficult debtor who we had tried many times to collect payment from. It was so time consuming for us, we decided to put the debt out to Daniels Silverman to try.
They managed to get a lump sum payment and then a payment plan which they make sure is stuck to every month. We are really happy with their service.
We get a report each month and are kept fully updated at all times. If you're looking for someone to collect a debt owed to you, then these are the ones to get the job done.

we were a client of Silverman. thought we would try them so we gave them 2 companies to collect from.

the collected fully including their fee from one.
they other snuck money into out bank instead of dealing with Silverman directly. Silverman then took their fee from our payment.

I asked them on multiple occasions if they will continue to try and recover the fee. to date no reply.

I have found communication challenging because is send out a query and replies tardy.

I am quite capable of recovering myself but due to time constraints I thought I would put out to the professionals.

they kept asking me for supporting documents , I had already sent them the full documents more than once.

not cost effective for us. if they were to make efforts to collect the fees from the debtor instead of penalising the customer it would be a better deal.

cant see us using them again.

Excellent service. Did exactly what they said they would do and got my overdue invoice paid within one week of being asked to do so. Great job.

Was able to recover numerous debts which I had previously written off in a professional manner simply by not being fobbed off by the debtors

Very incompetent company. Talk a good sale to get you to sign up then a lot more Agro than what it is worth, then they go quiet after speaking to who they are meant to be getting money from and haven't got an argument in them and are not fully in your side.
Just check this company out if in doubt go elsewhere because a debt will cost the earth and be more Agro using Daniels Silverman.

This company pursued my partner on behalf of a creditor whose maladministration led to a debt of just over £12k. Eventually, a figure was agreed on for full and final settlement, and payment was made - to Daniels Silverman, not directly to the creditor.

Fast-forward 2 weeks, and Daniels Silverman are attempting to recover the same debt AGAIN.

This company are clearly incompetent, and should have their licence revoked. My partner and I are thick skinned, and therefore more amused by this than worried, but I'd hate to think they treat more vulnerable people like this.

Daniels Silverman tried to collect a 'extract money' for Net66

As the only experience I have of Daniels Silverman is a Final Demand for a non-existent debt on behalf of a company called Net66 Web Services, it's not surprising I rate it low.
Daniels Silverman never apologised when it was shown that the alleged debt was NOT a debt at all.
