Horrible time at the hostel
BEDBUGS!!!! Don’t book a stay here. We are a group of four who all have gotten bedbugs after our stay there!!! I wrote to the hostel but they don’t reply!!! 🪳🪳🪳
Avoid at all costs. I am the leader of a school. Our students went there and were eaten alive by bed bugs. It totally ruined their vacation. I have written a complaint, and they did not even bother to answer it. I am now proceeding with legal action.
Super great experience - staff is friendly, rooms and bathrooms are clean and they have a communal area with fridge/microwave/oven to leave your stuff (and they even have some essentials for everyone to share!!) Stayed here with my best friend and we had a great time (also in a very central location which makes it easy to come back late at night)!! ❤️🇩🇰 Thank you!
Bedbugs
It was completely infested and I was bitten many times in the night, yet the person at the reception gaslighted me and even refused to refund the money I had paid for the bedsheets.
Do not stay here under any circumstances. HI should remove this hostel from their listings.
