Hotel Mermaid Bangkok Reviews 

We have stopped here loads of times without issue, until recently. This last time its changed, the towels smelt of cigarette smoke! Asked to change them, which they did but the were the same. Was told then they couldn't do anything, so we emailed the Hotel and Agoda to complain and get a resolution. Neve got a reply and currently in a dispute over it. Don't bother going here, rooms are a bit tired now also. JUST TO ADD A NOTE THEIR EMAIL NOW HAS .NET NOT .COM

All very good, there was however an issue about cleaning of our room.

I have been stayed in the Mermaid Bangkok once. Nice room, the service was very good.

We came late that evening had pre booked two separate rooms for 3 nights. We was given two superb corner rooms that includes much more that we could have asked for. The bed rooms are spacy and light with no recognised noise from the streets below. Daylight from the bedroom are transferred into the spacy bathroom via a big window that can be blocked for privacy.
Service was superb from reception to breakfast bar and all the way to the dedicated staff at the inspiring Captain Bar for a nightcap.
Hotel is perfect situated for public transportation to the city centre or the airport. Do not take a taxi to the airport. Public transport I god and reliable.
When I come back to Bangkok I will instantly go for the Mermaid Hotel in town.
