I specifically ordered from this company because the delivery time is 7-9 days. They do not meet this delivery time and come up with a vague story that the curtains must come from Denmark. The phone call is far from familiar and I hold my heart for the final delivery.

Great products, some room for communication improvement
I have ordered and received sun screens for two Velux windows.
After the order confirmation, I got an indication of a delivery date. When the date had passed, no products had been delivered. I tried to get into contact, but did not get any response at first. In the end, we got into contact and the products were sent to me by DPD. Unfortunately, only two of three packages were delivered. DPD could not help me, and in the end dakraam-gordijn made sure a new shipment was done.
After that, I got all three packages. When I had mounted the screens on both of my windows, I was puzzled what I needed the extra product (ZOZ 213) which the configurator suggested I needed for one of the windows. I seems to be for a totally different product. I have opened it, but did not need it.
In the end, I am satisfied with the products.
The communications have room for improvement, although I have been helped great when DPD had lost one of the products.
Btw, I appreciate the honest reaction!
