THE WORSE SERVICE EVER
To my biggest sadness i have to admit, this is the worse service I have ever received. We ordered the scherm back in April, and the office said it will be ready to be placed on June 1st. We did the measurements ourselves and we showed the pictures of the walls where the scherm would be hanging, at the office. On the June 1st montage brigade of two showed up, brought the scherm, looked at the wall where they suppose to hang it, said we are missing the additional plates that will hold the scherm at the place. We were asked anyways to pay full amount for the job and they left, leaving the unpacked box with the scherm in the garden. Today is July 2nd and I have never received any call from the company, I am always trying to get in contact with them, but they just say how busy they are. First time I called was 2 weeks after the team left our place without job done. I asked where we are at, and people at the office said that they are waiting for signed document that states that we agree to pay additional 350 euro for those missing plates. I asked where is this paper to be found, and they said...(wait for it)… they have to send it to my e-mail that they don't have(!) I find this totally unacceptable. I have no idea in what state is our scherm in the box, out in the garden after all the storms and rain that has been for the past months.
